Its just showing one policy even though I've multiple policies. It does not even allow to add the policy to pay the premium. Edit - Please atleast check your email id before asking customers to send support emails. No one's able to send emails bcoz your inbox is full. I guess its better to switch to other companies providing better services!

Very poor maintenance. Both website and app has some data issue it seems. I always find no details related to my policy. Is this bug or issue at our end. I need to pay my premium payment.

Worthless app. I can not change my address yet in profile with proper document. Also service is very poor.

I have installed the app from playstore in my Samsung S20FE 5G, but it doesn't appear in the menu. I even can't see all my policies except only one SIP.

I installed this app and tried to sign up since more than 1 week but every time it's showing the same error like while error in creating account, try after some time.Can you please confirm that according to Bajaj Allianz what does "after some time" means?

I have installed this app on my One Plus 10 Pro running on Android 12 and this app not showing in list anywhere but from Google PlayStore I get see Open Uninstall button App displayed under Game App on Oneplus if I remove it from these no icon in app list displayed either

It is unable to show more than two policies. In the year 2020 i have puchased bajaj's two invstment policies and thereafter in the tear 2022, i have purchased two educational policies but app is showing only first two policies. There is no curable solution provided by concerned team despite repeated follow ups.

I tried to update bank details. The app said that this was successful, but in reality these details were never updated. Please fix this feature.

It's a good app. But now am unable to open it and it shows an error"use jsonreader.setLenient Kindly help

Useless app. Can't upload COE. Get an error message 'Error'. Both gallery and camera options don't work.

This app is basically most irritating....it is not able to show all my policies.

You services are worst in the industry. Your call support team don't have the answers and email support team don't understand the requirement of customers. We don't understand to whom we should reach out all are freshers they dont have any knowledge about the market

Very bad experience. Too many bugs, I doubt if the developers have ever tested it for different use-cases. Crashes multiple tims. Today it crashed while giving feedback too!! How hilarious is this..... Additionally, I had written to customer care that the investment amount shown in the app is incorrect, but they have conveniently ignored my mail & no resolution till date. Pathetic app & customer service to sum up.

I have ridiculously bad experience investing in Bajaj Allianz. In past few months I have faced this issue two times. Where I paid my premium, but it is not getting reflected in my account. I talked to customer care and even sent multiple emails for followup. But this issue is still there. And now my policy is showing as inactive. They just say that they need time and will fix soon. But they never get back to me. It is more than months now. Such a bad service and no customer satisfaction at all.

Ridiculous document upload feature - Doesn't allow the user to see a thumbnail of what they are selecting. The alternative is to click a pic which automatically fails. Please replace your developers and testers with someone better if you want future business.

The worst app I have ever seen, I paid my premium amount from my account got debited but suddenly got an error message and it is showing as premium not paid, tried to reach their customer service and it is always busy. Please don't buy their policy there is no proper service and app is worst. I would give this app zero rating.

The auto-pay and many windows keeps popping unnecessarily in app and desktop site. It extremely Annoying and Irritating. I don't understand what's the need to bombard it so often. Especially when the customer is committed with you.

Terrible App, seems like the developer are on vacation after the app was created, the policy has some name and the app has some other name, contact information and address. This pathetic app does not even allow to make changes, download statements or anything related to account. Such unwanted app on the phone

Worst app... Old app was sooo far better than the new one. I am not able to download my statements. It is not showing policy no to choose to download. This issue exists from around last 2 years( since from new app) even after many complaints no solution no improvements in the website as well as app. Please solve the issue immediately instead of simply telling that we are seriously working to give better experience and service.

Not very user friendly app, and it's not even sending the OTP in time, so that we can login and do our service request. Have been waiting for more than half an hour, but no OTP received yet. Kindly invest in your IT infrastructure to upgrade according to the times

I would have given a zero star rating for this app.Very disappointing, before update it was login in with my registered mobile number as well as email id. But after update not login in with the same credentials and giving pop as mail id and mobile number not registered but also sending the payable premium details in the same details. Too much disappointing.

Recently started using the app and the overall experience is bad. Each time I open app it ask login. Also app having poor interface and not attractive at all. Not all features built on pure Android . Using webview which is not good.

Terrible experience while updating bank details. The app does not give any error message which explains the issue in uploading the documents after entering the OTP. I have emailed customer care to solve my issue. Due to this, i have also uninstalled the app

I have 2 term plans under same name and mobile number but the app shows only one policy and there is no option to add the other one. Written to customer care but there is no reply. When tried to register myself it was saying for this mobile number and email ID there are already many users. How that possible? Not so good user experience.

This app has irritated me. I am trying to log in for a week to pay my annual installment but this is showing errors in contact and mail id, while it is correct as per policy document. Not responding even after updating the app.

Don't go with the name, it's one of the worst. Website is also full of bugs and always with buffering. Just look at ICICI prudential they have one of the best app and very much user friendly website. I have cleared the premium but the Proposal form is still incomplete due to their sluggish website. I don't know my fate with Bajaj.

Too bad. Lot of issues and errors while login. Very slow on loading and repetition of UIs. ##Update: Issue already reported to them, but no action from them. Hence used this platform.
