Bajaj Financial Securities - Mobile Trader

It is really a scrap app. Not updating in real time. Once you place order, it is suddenly disappear. I booked loss due to this issue. Tried to modify order, but couldn't. Always refreshing. Sometime holding showing 0, even you have holding of 1 million Rs. Really really need to improve, else I need to shift my account. Horrible experience. Worst ever app among used so far.

Find the app having a lot of features which can be made simpler to use. A bit of design upgrade and basic issues of server connectivity at all times should be ensured. Trading experience has been fair so far.

Worst App. Unable to login to the App since last 2 weeks. Continuously saying it is under maintenance. When logged in it says version mismatch. When logged in to the web platform it is not showing the status of my holdings. Very poor service.

Pathetic is the word, can't use the app, under maintenance for almost a month. Aren't u even ashamed of how long your company is taking to fix it. I will complain to SEBI for taking 2240 for professional pack and not giving proper service. Your web application is also a waste as we cannot use it. I can't even add a watchlist, it's stuck all the time and is very slow, the previous website was far better. You have just downgraded your entire trading platform.

This application installed 3 times and still asking me to update. Tele brokerage IVr answers are very poor performance If i want to connect customer service its hell lot of calls to make to connect through IVR break out channel. Finally if i send email , harsh a bit that day is fine to receive answers for emails but not from next day onwards

Editing the review after I got response from the team and they resolved my issue, so thank you. I will edit it after my experience with the app. Previous review: I wish there was option to rate this app 0 ratings as I have lost my 5000 and customer support is useless. Their app is also worst as I keep getting the server connectivity issue all the time. Imagine if you can't login to your account itself, how can you ever do anything or trading. Such a pathetic app and service.

Not able to login into the application since last 1 month every time it says version mismatch . I uninstalled the app and downloaded again but still there is same issue .. I am not able to access my account. Poor application.

Was assured best services at all times. I rather face unable to connect with server all times. I have wasted approx 2k in this useless company. Can't share the screenshots but I am making a log and will go to the consumer forum if needed. They reply with the same rebuttal to everyone here and neither do they contact you back when you drop an email. Do NOT open an account with them. Update 2- they haven't responded to my mail and it's follow up reminder till date

Not able to login through App, it showing version mismatch, please update your application.But In playstore , there is no option to update the App. I am facing this issue from many days, can u please tell us the final date when this issue can be solved..

App has multiple features including the choice to place various order types. Margin Trade Financing rate is better than what most brokers offer. The app refreshes frequently, that should be fixed. Add features in graph window.

This is very bad experience. I am not able to open it again and again. Every time is told about mismatch version. After update its also said about mismatch version

Both mobile and web version has a lot of features. Many of them can be made simpler or better presented. Charts can have more elements for analysis.

Very bad experience. Why your platform asking for 2240/- payment. I already paid.and shared screenshot of payment. If you are not able to provide the service then please close my account and refund my money which I paid for professional pack. I can't keep on calling your customer care and then waiting for their call.

The app is horrible and not even remotely user friendly. It feels like using a decade old app which is utterly slow and pathetic. Big big disappointment coming from Bajaj. Its worse than app provided by certain low level brokers. Opened an account lately and don't feel like using ur services from the first day itself. Rated 1 bcoz couldn't rate 0. Big let down. Hope u guys come up with something good rather quick.

Its a very slowly app... Please make it user friendly if you wanta more and more customers like kite... Zerodha is very user friendly app... You dont need to add more nd more features, just make it simple as possible so trader can easily find stocks nd trade it in parts of seconds... Really im disappoint with this app...

Needs lot of improvememt .if company like bajaj provide such a app ..then its of no use. Its not uaer friendly ..not able to find out script easily shows full liat if i seach for nifty or banknifty options again. I havr to select segment tilll that time buying price comed to sell price level. So requesting the development team. For improve user interface and easy to use. Folow zerodha platform to make improvement

Worst app, totally unreliable, 90% times unable to connect server and if mistake it's connected, then won't reflect either position or order book, can't rely for trading for sure.

This the worst app there is no desktop version for this trading platform. The ledger statement is very very worst it does not even allow us to download in excel formats. The app is auto loging out frequently creating hurdels while trading.Be careful before creating a account in it.

Using for 3 months now, pros simple and to the app, provides basic features, reliable execution (so far) cons improve watchlist,interface,show more details of scrip in wishlist

Unable to open the app since opening the account. Always showing unable to connect the server.Sent mail and reminders but Customer care team did not responded yet. Unable to reach customer care number as after 5 rings call got disconnected telliing thank you for calling us.

I cant belive that huge empire like bajaj company making this type of app. In this app we cant transfer amount to wallet, and also poor customer service, its very difficult to use the app. There is no proper customer service also

Not able to login in mobile. Worst experience on first day. I think need to close demat if service not improved. Can you please tell how much time it will take to complete the maintenance. It is not possible to trade on web version.

It is a good app from Bajaj group. But some facilities are to be provided for better trading and investing. 1) Verify the credited amount and give position immediately. Now it is taking 1 day. 2)The app is lagging frequently. It is very very inconvenient to me when taking a position. 3) Chart should show live trading. 4) Make it fast showing the chart as set by customer soon after clicking on a scrip. It should be vertical on mobiles then after customers choice. 4) On chart page also Buy and Sel

I registered on 12th december and followed all procedure,its 2nd of january today,still cant login for the first time even,,showing same error again and again"version mismatch,kindly update your app",and no update is available ..worst app!!!

App is not working... When opend displaying the server error pls donot take this broker and whole day I'm trying to contact customer care no one will pick up the call. # Bad customer service for opening account you will get calls after that no one will answer yours. #very Bad app.

Not good for day trading,No technical data as well as very slow to use in mobile, only best of it is low brokerage..better for long term investors only.

Basic app that does what is meant to buy sell gets executed without lag. Many features can be added, overall good experience

Worst app I never seen like this. What is the procedure to close the Demat account in Bajaj finserv? I will close the account. Even password change also same error version mismatch. I want to close this account right now, single star also waste for this app

Simple and easy to use trading app. I had a suggestion - to see details of stock I have to add them to watchlist. Give option to view stocks directly. Good service otherwise.
