application stuck everytime while searching or filtering anything, even when i select emi tab it will taking more time than usual. In application you need to wait upto 5 to 10 seconds for any tab response you clicked and sometimes it takes much more then 30 seconds, too much bad expirience
I have never seen any app taking so much of time to load.....it's too slow and not making any sense to use this app.....just to explore a product or to check a emi network card it takes hell lot of time to load....so annoying and waste of time......for the gods sake Developers need to check on this1👎👎
Amazing app. I have never faced any kind of issue while doing every transactions. It is hassle-free and smooth to use. Very nice ui design as well. No issue while navigating between multiple services. Truly amazing app and the online services offered are very useful and easy navigation between each operation. Totally hassle-free.You added some new features in every updates.
Great app to have. Other than viewing my relations with bajaj, am able to perform many other tasks now. Using my emi card for transactions inside the app has been quite helpful. The app has expanded into payments and other features which are quite swift. The rewards module is an icing on the cake. Overall a great app for payments and financial services.
Easy and convenient. The staff were polite. The terms and conditions were clear. The app is easy to navigate. In a pinch Bajaj finserv is very helpful unlike other lenders who charge an exorbitant interest rate. Thank you.
Useless App. Most of the features are always under maintenance or doesn't do anything while clicking the buttons. Such a pathetic app experience. Wonder why do they even bother to have this if don't care to keep it updated and running smoothly.
Very worst experience in using the app...no proper response not at all user friendly experience, it gets hang all the time, lot of things needs to be fixed and also I have applied for EMI Card 4 months back but I did not receive card yet, not sure how to get a solution for this.
It's really great all in one app with user friendly interface, payment mode is very fast and easy to transfer. For me overall experience is very good. liked the app very much & would definitely recommend to my friends and family.
I joined 3-4 days back and am having issues with my E-mandate. So, I've requested some assistance in the help section, which has been registered at least 5 times. Now, whenever I see the status of the request, it gets deleted and there's no record of the same. End result: I've paid for the card, but can't use it. The support automatically deletes your request. Oh, and the funniest thing of 'em all, they kept pestering about getting the card and when I finally did, they wont respond. Sad stuff.
You cannot view EMI card details. It is not opening at all. Very slow app and crashes everytime. Not able to view EMI card loans details, not even possible to download the statements. Whenever you try to do so the app crashes and getting closed on its own.
I'm also upset because this app doesn't have active option of Help & Support. I'll getting lot of calls for OD/ Cards and all but no one is reaching out post viewing that there has been multiple attempts to do something. Unable to update my name details under the Profile, which restricts me to perform E-mandate for card activation. Similarly there're multiple issues. I'd say You guys are loosing out Business & Customer's trust.
I paid two times for the emi card joining fee, both times transaction error happened although money was deducted. After 4 hours, card got activated in the app. But There is no customer service for the refund of the extra payment. Now in bajaj finserv market emi store , it is showing i have to activate my card again, no card is linked to my account. What the heck!!!!! No sunc between platforms, worst customer service.
This app is a scam. For emandate process I've paid 530 plus 118 twice. It shows as application successful and after the money was deducted twice, it shows as emandate pending and I have to pay all over again. Please do not fall for this trap.!!!! DISAPPOINTED!!!!
Worst app . The images shown in the play Store app is no where when I login in to my account . I am unable to do anything for more than a minute . The app says your previous session was terminated incorrectly or you are in other browser and iam only using my phone and the app. Horrible experience .
FRAUD ALERT - BAJAJ HAS NO INTREST IN RESOLUTION THEY ARE REPLYING ONLY TO SHOW THAT THERE IS A RESPONSE FROM BAJAJ If you really like to know then allow me to complain on the app or call or email. Stop giving options that don't work - just tried right now - your app is allowing only listed issues so basically you are wasting my time. .
App is not working properly.. when I go to FAQs regarding my problem and want to raise an issue. The page becomes stuck and no other functions were working that time. Always I've to close the app to get rid of that page.. App is not developed properly. Pls fix it.
My words may sound harsh, but yes this might be the worst responding app I have ever used. It takes way too long to load. After clicking on some options, it just keeps on loading and shows nothing. I never understood why is this happening?! Not only in my phone, I've checked in some other phones also. No difference! There are several other bugs. Development team have a LOT of works to do.
I am choosing cancel loan option , but actually it is not cancelled. Thereafter a call is coming , nothing can be heard from their end , but they cancel my complaint of loan cancellation. I am forced to take loan. Then Why you are putting option of cancel loan, when you are not willing to cancel loan. This app is turning out as a scam. People definitely shouldn't take loans from here. U will just lose money with no way to compensate it or contact anyone.
PATHETIC APP, SERVICE & COMPANY! Never ever opt for any services/cards from Bajaj. I have had multiple horrendous experiences despite having an excellent CIBIL score. They charge outrageous amounts for their cards & trick customers into buying their credit cards. Furthermore, there's no human on the customer care number & you will be stuck with the IVR's options. After all this they will still have the audacity to call & harras you for taking loans & some other meaningless offers. STAY AWAY!
I face new issue with this app. Today I want to pay electricity bill via wallet but service provider not show. I have uppcl acount but i haven't get any service provider and cant pay bills. And i didn't take screen shot. To show what exactly problem I face.
Already updated. Still a worst app. Nothing loads other than 1st screen. And when I see all the other reviews, i know this is not a problem from my end. Just for example you have received 5 to 6 worst app reviews today only. Just check date. Expecting your mobile development team working as efficiently as required. Or just remove your app.
If a three year old develops an app, it will work better than the Bajaj Finserv does. It is the most pathetic app I've ever come across in my life. Nothing loads, nothing works and there's literally no way to contact their customer care. Maybe this is their way of fooling customers. Oh also, I am on the latest version (04.05.2022) and yet nothing works.
I have updated my number in my profile and this application is not letting me to login with my new number on the same device. What's going on? Every single mobile is now dual sim. What this restriction is all about? Kindly remove this restriction as I cannot buy a new mobile device to re-login to Bajaj application. Pathetic experience.
It's useless to have this app in play store /appstore , The reason is I found a bug while using this app , well I couldn't able to view few options so I uninstalled and installed it again after few moments . But now i couldn't have my account back . What's the issue behind this? Will it be cleared soon?
I couldn't even activate my card to use it on online store, the e mandate signing failed. because they didn't put spaces between my first name and last name. I couldn't raise tickets, for contacting the customer care they aren't sending the otp. now it feels like I lost my ₹530 on buying the card which is of no use, if you are planning to buy the emi card please re think. because if you end up in any trouble there's no customer service.
Vari vari bed app The application that was there is no longer there. Whatever is showing to be updated in the application, is not showing. Network issue coming up. He has the go to back network right.
The app was very pathetic,in the starting they will deduct the amount for the card(they had deducted 2 times the amount)at the processing for the card in the e-mandate will show fail all the time..it was like totally fraud and very poor app.
5/16/22 - App continue to remain the same even with a recent update. It will not auto read or accept the OTP. So the reinstalled the app and now it's throwing forced log out stating security reasons. 12/14/18 - It was working fine, but with the last update no longer letting login with available options. Please have it fixed. From a service perspective I never had a bad experience. So this feed back is for the app developer and testers. Take it positively and roll out a fix.
