None of the Bajaj Finserv app works smoothly, unfinished apps. They just offer but it doesn't gets credited in your account. App UI and processing is very poor and needs solid development to be usable. Developer asks for feedback over mail. This is a issue not for any one. Just ensure that your app is working normally, it's not sick that you need to diagnose the affected area. Even after complaints there is no updates in app. Feels like no developer team works.
Bajaj finserve is a great app and transaction are very smooth. But the EMI card is can't be used as a credit card that facility need to be introduced on the same card. As this service is not available, my transaction on this card is quite less.
At the time of issuing Card . they said no extra charge will be taken for processing.but while you going next time for purchasing.they again ask for paying processing fee.and i want to close my account but no one listen.and every year they deduct fee on the account of the Card fee.
Most Faltu Application, there's no solution in the Application, whenever I update my PAN alway show wrong PAN please upgrade your Application. Even you can't contact with the Phone or chatting.
My adhar and pan name is correct then also it shows mismatch between adhar and pan. I shared the proof via email bir email.not getting delivered. Due to which am unable to activate ZIP facility.
One of the wrost app and service. Trying to terminate my mobikwik account since past 3-4 months but everytime it is showing error. Saying we can not terminate your account from application go to browser. When trying from browser there it is showing use mobile app for this. What tha hell is this. Trying to connect via call then also showing not available right now. What type of service you are giving to customers. One of the ghatiya service I've ever seen.
Very bad experience i have made all the EMIs but they made my CIBIL zero and showing some pending amount but i am checking on app there is not like that there is NOC of both my loans
I am trying to get my account update but every time i try to log in it shows error, before all updates were showing whenever i log in! No EMI card update no statement update what the hell you guys do then? Trying to fool public! Is your IT team sleeping? Please try to fix those issues. Once I'm done with these installments I'll just deactivate my card, don't want to carry out further.
I lost money while paying cesc bill through this app on 1st march 2022. Money was deducted from my sbi acc debit card and transaction was shown successful but later they email me that electricity refunded the money to my bank acc as the transaction failed. But till date no refund has done to my bank acc or in wallet. I raised the compliant through the app but they just left it saying the issue has been registered with them. What kind of customer support is this?
Very poor app. They will not give a single rupee cashback. At the time of every transaction they mention that offers will be auto applied. No coupon code required and after making payments they will tell you that we have checked and observed that you have not applied the promo code while making the transaction. .I had clicked screenshot before making payment so I have proof against them.
I tried to view my emi card number, there is a page to enter OTP. Eben after entering the OTP the submit button is not enabled. Probably a defect in the app which is blocking the user to proceed further. Can the team look into this please. With all cards being digitalized it becomes a pain not to have the card number.
Not use this app, time and money waste ,no any customer care number and no customer support,my bill payment not successful from three days no any customer support transaction not showing in app
Never use ut as it will charge u additional 300 on every emi as a fee + interest. Better go for a credit card. Also there is no reward point and cant make the repayment through cred. And also never purchase rbl bajaj credit card as they will tell you the limit will be some amount and also asks some amount as a fee but when you receive it the agent also stops receibing calls and the limit is also low.
It's the worst app ever . The customer service is bad as hell . The customer care calls maximum 200 times in a day just to handover the card forcefully to me . Reached customer care service but can't able to find any solution . Also they are not responding sooner. Gettting frustrated day by day..,.. and they are calling from different contact number after i blocked one number.
This is mere loot. I order a 1.5 ton split inverter ac. But, the dealer after contacting me told me you have to pay two thousand extra as the rates have been revised. I asked, why does then the app shows the rate I bought my product. And dealer replied, "do you need and ac or we shall cancel your order." Later on, app showed my you have to pay only about 600 at the delivery time but I was asked to pay 2200. And later twelve hundred extra for instalation + 1000 for its stand. This is final deal.
Pathetic!! This app is way below average. But surprisingly unlike their main app "Bajaj Finserv", this one was atleast somewhat usable. But They're monetising it via ad-revenew, lol. I mean come on, really? you're a reputed brand. What a shame man, get some developers.
One of the worst app I have ever used . This app doesn't work properly. Some time it shows emi details some time it doesn't show. I am tired of this app. Waiting to complete my all emi's and then I'll deactivate the card and uninstall it for rest of my life. Damn frustrating app
Worst service. I have ordered mobile 10 days back i didn't get it until now. When I'm trying to cancel they are regecting to cancel and whenever I'm trying to call the representative they are simply saying that they raised an issue against my problem. If you ask any more questions they simply disconnect the call. Never again going to use this app
Can't transfer your money back to resource, don't use the app to add money to Bajaj wallet, transactions always fails
Not getting OTP at all can't log in worst and waste of time
Worst Experience! I could never even login into the App even after paying all the fees and everything. It always shows "User Disabled" everytime and its over a year now and I am unable to use it even now. Worst Paid EMI Card Experience Really.
Please try to update our real credit, I have already paid credit card amount but till this time showing your software credit card amount due but it is not due, from many time I am seeing this and my card is always showing blocked, please do cureection on prompt time
Poor and pathetic response from Bajaj team on personal loan application. Verification and acknowledgement also done but still amount is not credited..Multiple statements passed by multiple teams.. tried reaching them through every mode of communication.. no one responded.. No one are responding properly
The worst app I ever used. Recently I wanted to check my EMI left than I download this app then they ask me to enter your DOB and when I entered my DOB then they show incorrect DOB but the DOB was correct because when EMI is cutted from my account they send me message the EMI is cutted and also a link when I open the link then all my EMI details are shown. In that the DOB was same. Now i am going to delete this worst app ever.
I find this useful except for one thing. Bajaj Finserv please remove those annoying ads which are showing while closing the app. That makes the user experience very bad.
Worst App and services i have ever seen nowadays.. I have created an account approx 1 yr ago by paying Rs.500 , Till payment process in creating account/Card no. goes everything right and after payment card no. has been generated but after 2-3 days getting the information that Card is blocked without any reason and didn't get any response by Bajaj team... still showing my card is blocked. When I tried to unblock my card or know the reason...nothing happened till date.. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
Very Bad service. Previously I used bajaj emi card and purchased some products. I paid all installments, but they blocked my Emi card permanently. If you have any doubts, you can't do nothing. Because they are not providing any contact number.
Worse application. Too complicated. Lot off extra charges. Why they show 0 down payment nothing is available. Takes too much time. Customer care is #####. Overall pathetice experience
The app is having only auto detecting OTP option . But it is not detecting OTP. The bug have to be solved else allow to enter OTP manually
Very bad experience.....really they harassed people.....i made an urgent payment of credit card bill.....but without any reason they show the transection is pending.......i adviced to all for not using this app for any kind of bill payment or money transfer.....they block ur money and use it at free of cost.......really very dissapointing service
