Baker's

I usually rate the app a 5 until recently. Now when I type in the search field a bunch of random, duplicate letters appear resulting in not being able to use the app. It recently happened following an update. I tried to uninstall and re log in but having same issues.

Website is not the easiest to maneuver around in. I wish there was a better way to have a list of favorites. Otherwise Baker's is wonderful to shop with.

Awful! Everytime they update it is a complete nightmare won't let me sign in. Just want to clip coupons. Customer service is horrible can't get in touch with a human.

Great app....sometimes. I use this app weekly to order groceries for my family. When it works, it's great! Super convenient. I love the favorites option. It makes reordering items we purchase weekly/frequently much quicker to add to my shopping list. When it doesn't work, however, it's super annoying. I often have to close the app and restart it to search for products. The order substitution option has stopped working now as well, so I often can't approve substitutions.

The app won't let you search. It makes it useless when trying to find specific products. I tried to key in the search "Organic Cottage Cheese." I gave up after 35 minutes. It kept doubling the letters or doubling the words. Please fix it. I didn't have time to page through all the dairy items to find it. It was faster to start up my PC instead of dealing with the bug in your app on my phone.

I am a Bakers pickup regular however, in the last few months I have had issues with selecting multiples of items (six bananas, four crowns of broccoli, etc) just to arrive home and find I've only been given one. This has happened more times than I can count and is a terrible glitch that needs to be fixed. Thinking about switching to Walmart pickup.

online shopping made easy. The mobile app is very user-friendly. With the ability to search for select items or shop by department, every experience has been nothing short of excellent. The pick up method runs smoothly as well, you just notify them what stall you are parked in, and a few minutes later you have someone bringing out your order. I still like to go in person every now and then, but for the most part, online pick up has become The way my wife and I grocery shop now.

There were issues with the system. 3 different cards wouldn't go through. instead of helping here in the store I was given a 800#

I love the supply of coupon savings for downloads onto my BakersPlus shoppers card. I don't have extra time to hunt for, cut to size and worry about carrying paper coupons. * The only down side to this site's 'Savings - Coupons' download is that it seems limited on time needed for downloading as many coupons as I want to load to my card - it stops and seems to boot me out before I get done. Then it requires a 'sign in' but won't accept my sign-in attempts. I close out to re-open 45 mins later.

This app works better for a phone than a tablet with a keyboard attached when it opens. I have to read sideways in home until I hit coupons, then it switches directions. The app is sideways for everything else. Now with updates everything is sideways on a tablet and does NOT rotate. This is NOT a tablet or computer App unless you have a tablet without a keyboard attached.

Ordered food for the house and everything was delivered the next day. I spent less than I would if I went in the store and everything looked good.

This app never works it's so incredibly aggravating. My biggest complaint is when I search the simplest things like "2% milk" it won't come up with any results. I always have to resort to shopping on the website instead. So incredibly annoying and inconvenient!

When the app actually works, it is great. I do wish there was an easier way to search through coupons. Other than that, it us getting really annoying the amount of times the app crashes. I've had to uninstall and re-install the app at least three times when nothing else works.

The app is great, very easy to find items. The only issue I had was the system telling to me enter a valid card (which I was - triple checked everything) and ended up having to use a different card.

The cash back option rarely works. The app crashes. Trying to use app in store and it rarely works. I like the concept i think it just has some bugs to work out.

Hard to get around in this app. Shouldn't have to look so hard for things in didgetal coupons.

The app is useful for adding items to list or cart (for pickup). App doesn't always keep items in cart after being added and can't always update cart or pickup notifications in app.

Baker's prices, staff & delivery are the best

Meh - doesn't save notes for item already in cart. If you need to go back & add an item after notes entered, you have to re-enter them. Doesn't allow copy/paste feature for item notes either.

Always great. Love my delivery drivers!

A little hard to find items

For the past 2 weeks I'm not able to pick a time or day to pick up my order. Called customer service had to explain my problem 3 times and she still didn't get it! Have been a customer for over 20 years and I'm extremely frustrated! Maybe it's time to take my business else where

The app will not update, and I can not use the app until it updates. Updating stalls at 70% every time. i tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling, but that stalls at 66%. Help!

love this when I super busy after work

Great service! Always asked before a substitution is made and my frozen food is always FROZEN! I have tried different grocery stores and the service and quality in delivery doesn't come close to Baker's!

Could be a bit more user friendly. Example: break it down a bit more. You have whole sections to browse but you should have sub sections too. Have a type in recipe button so you have the ingredients we need and whether you have those ingredients in stock and how much they are for your store brand names.

Love the bakers app, but it definitely needs improvements. SLOWWWWW to load or search, adding things to the cart, then later they aren't there. Super frustrating.
