Balarama

I've been continuously registering my complaint regarding the problems faced by me while using balarama app. I've done 3 months subscription on march 8 and used for 3 days, after that when i open no magazine is being shown and it's showing to purchase again. Kindly clear this issue as soon as possible. No response whatsoever from the developer side

Problem with subscription - Subscribed for 6 months but subscription worked for only 2 days. Showing error message Your Order is being processed!! I tried to restore my purchase, it didn't worked. But in my playstore account the app still have an active subscription. Please fix the error.

Subscribed for 3 months. Worked for few days. Now the app again asks to subscribe, while I already have a subscription, and none of the magazines load. Read below and you will find other users with similar experiences. Lost money! Edit: I got help from their support team. App is working fine now.

Extremely stupid app. Check the description and they say that its free. Now after its downloaded using so much of net, you have to pay money for each book. What is this? And even if you take a subscription, its likely that some books may not be downloaded leading to a loss of money.

Worst app. I paid for the 3 month subscription, still I can't read all books. Now I can't login into the app also

I subscribed Balarama for my kid on March2020 for 3 months subscription at 140/-pm. On June 30 th, another 140/- was debited from by card for next 3 months automatically as any other playstotr apps would, which is understandable. But when I open Balarama, its asking to subscribe again. There is no option to contact CC within the app or anywhere.

It's the worst app i used ever......it says need to purchase all books for rs 15 its more than the price of the book...... People expect digital version will be low cost but very bad experience ever from balarama

If I could give no star I would have given it. Purchased two subscription but only to lose the money. I have the receipt but their customer care contact within the app is pathetic, they won't respond.

Just an app to show the cover pages and price tags , we can't Read anything from it without money, better NOT to install, waste of time!!

Really a worst app for the Indians. I think normal subscription charges is much better than the app version here for a book a user have to pay 75. which means 3x charge i don't know what the malayala manorama means by this..

The application is very dissappointing.It is waste of time.Downloading is failed.only show the pictures.

I can understand if there is a normal subscription fees but each book cost 15-70 rupees aren't you people too much who would use such an app we better buy printed copy

Balaboomi is best... because mathrmubi give so many free reading option....balarama is waste..(in online....but ofline is good...that means book)
