I am grateful to have this app available to me on my cell phone! Love being able to click on the app no matter what time of day or night that it is and being able to see for myself exactly what is going on with our home electric through Baldwin EMC!!

Have no choice, they are the only power company we can use here. But they have great service. Come out quick when there is a problem. Offers a verity of ways to pay the bills. Ladies in Summerdale office are as sweet as pie

I've had issues every since getting new phone and still not compatible after working on it. I have to pay late payment every month due to it since don't have a vehicle since September. Please get fixed!!!
