Baltimore 311 allows residents and visitors to assist the city agencies in keeping city neighborhoods cleaner, safer and more beautiful by reporting a variety of issues such as graffiti, potholes, street light outages, trash collection, street cleaning and more… all through the convenience of a mobile device. The app will route the service requests directly to the appropriate servicing agency. The customer can also view the status of a service request within the app.

Terrible software bad decision and poor implementation by Baltimore City leadership. Mayor this is a perfect example how the city agencies expect less from its vendors and delivers less features and less efficiencies to its citizens. 1. This app takes too long moving through filling out details. 2. I have to manually select the address and starting point is a cached in accurate address. The button to select is tiny and moves your address. 3. The page asking for first last name email address and phone number does not allow you to select submit button and is not intuitive. 4. And what a joke to see the A Google User 5 * reviews saying this was a great app. A bit of self flagilation or dillusion by the project team or devopers maybe?

Does not contain all the required information. I put in two service tickets for missed recycling (Was the week before the every other week schedule was starting) and every time the app showed 'delayed pickup - material collected.' What it didn't show was the note that they weren't going to be picking up at all due to staffing. Had to call 311 to figure that out. Woulda been nice to know that.

I use this app all the time and cant believe there are people that havent heard of it. My neighborhood has a huge trash dumping problem. Trash is dumped on the side of the street near the woods almost every week. All I have to do is report it in the app, and it is quickly taken care of. It is so easy to take advantage of the illegal trash pickup services.

App allows you to go through all the steps EXCEPT the last, to submit the information. From what I know about apps, having built a few myself, this is a function in COMPLETE control of the admin. It's turned off on purpose. Don't waste your time with this trash.

Major bumps on Charles St at Baltimore St intersection were fixed in 2 weeks of request! One star deducted because there's no category for missing lane markings (which is common in Baltimore). I have to go to street repair category and select Other. Also, ticket closeouts are many times poorly documented, if at all.

Serious downgrade from the previous app. You have to keep track of your numbers because it doesn't save them in your profile. It's simple but too simple for it's own good. I never thought I'd miss the old 311 app, but here we are.

The original app was much better. More responsive UI, better design, more intuitive UX. If every two years Baltimore has to contract with a new company and these apps will continue to get worse.

Unable to submit. It just freezes after contact info and prior to review. Totally useless and frustrating! I'll have to call again and no one tells me how to fix this.

Basic requirements gathering and validation with the user community would have greatly enhanced this application. Common sense and basic software development practices should have made you question removing features for users, which are already in production and widely used. These features primarily being allowing users to view their request history and the requests of others, especially by map view. The only enhancements that I see are additional form entries on a number of complaint types, which I hope are tracked - such as license plate information for parking complaints - and a simplified user interface.

Tons of service categories, long click-thrus. comprehensive.ish. if u already know how city services work you can use this to start the ball rolling, but ticket closeouts are poorly documented here. Now, if they can just decrease the superlong time-to-submit, umpteen million different data entry fields & numerous sequential pages to submission. do we have to tell app dev's the point of apps is to make it quicker?!?

Such a large move backwards from the previous app. Use that as you template and then adjust as desired to collect more information or route to the appropriate agency. Such a waste of money.

Bring back map and recent added service requests and our list of filed ticket so we don't have to write down numbers after each post would give app 5 * but same as old app your inspectors aren't doing there job and close tickets instead of responding days there posted when you do respond the problems gone and u got paid to do nothing but close an old ticket been going on for years

No attachment option, no multiple selection option, when I pushed submit online, it did nothing. I waited, tried again, nothing. Installed the app, same result.

The app no longer remembers you're reported items so you must write down the long reference numbers. But that doesn't really matter as the reports are just closed without being fixed and without an explanation

It is shamefully consistent to see the city put out a product/tool to their constituents to replace a tool which was moderately working with something that doesn't work at all. It really adds fuel to the contention that this people in local government don't care about the communities that they serve, because if they did there would have been some beta testing of this piss-poor app. To go through all of the steps and get to the end of a request and not be able to submit it? This is why the city continues to lose population...

The app works great, however the responses from the city are often lacking. sometimes they close unique tickets while clearly having made no visit to the location

Issuing a request is not possible It appears to load infinitely and never goes anywhere. The redirect screen appears broken.

Very easy to use especially in comparison with the previous app. This is what a government app should be like! It even works on my BlackBerry Key2 running Android Oreo. Kudos!

Complete garbage. Can't check the status of your complaint, tells you to call 311. They head a perfectly good all and spent a million dollars to make this hot garbage. This city had gone downhill in ther last 10 years.

Well cant get a account, saying invalid email when I use that email for everything. Sure could use the app though if it worked.
