Absolutely stupid that for reporting a system issue and simply asking for it to at minimum be acknowledged that you're aware the issue exists but have more pressing concerns and limited tech support will get your account disabled and have you banned. They consider it rude and demeaning to say the decent thing would be to acknowledge the problem exists versus pretending it doesn't.....then they blame me which is funny since I screenshot the entire conversation.

I need to switch accounts. My mom logged in with her account now I can't get to MY account. This app is really starting to annoy me.
UPDATE:: they switch the daily limits of triva and bump/high fives. It went from 5,000 to 4,000 to now 1,000 for trivia which means you'll be lucky if you hit the daily bonus and if you hit the daily bonus limit. I contacted the service team and they stated there was a problem with the trivia. The points to earn a $25.00 gift card used to be 200,000 now it is 225,000. Once I get enough points to earn my latest prize, I am uninstalling. This app crashes constantly and takes up a lot of space on my phone.

Easy to use, full of awesome articles and facts, cool links to apps, awesome FREE rewards! Not a scam! I have earned around $200 in giftcards in the past year, as well as having won twice in the hourly prize section, just in the past month and a half!
I collected enough points for a reward but was out of stock. This happened three different times. Why?

Been playing for a month. Constantly having it say couldn't read game install. Then I finally get enough points to redeem my prize. Fill everything out and then it says I don't have enough points?
No option to contact support. Spent a week earning points. Clicked on a redemption for free gift card for trying my 1st 5 games. Now My points say 0. Please help.
