Great official app, but the popup ads can get annoying, especially because they cause glitches and I need to relaunch the page. Also sometimes the background color of ad pictures clashes with the article text and I can't read a segment.

Poorly written app that crashes often. Adds load overtop of articles or backgrounds bleed through where they aren't supposed to be, rendering some article portions totally illegible. And there is no excuse in 2022 for ANY app not to have a dark mode. I expect an organization with the size and funding resources of an NFL football team to do better on the "fundamentals" of application development.

Absolute Horrible app, crashes any time you do anything, I can't even switch my payment info without it crashing, instead of being able to charge the card I would like i have to deal with theyre nonsense. They're inability to care is going to cost themselves fans

It keeps having bugs so I cant open the app or read any articles . used to work perfectly. Edit- Works fine now, seems like they fixed it. Haven't had problems in forever.

We're held hostage to way too many commercials. 30 second commercials at the very beginning of video clips is a bummer.

Love my Ravens. Love the app. Keeps me informed on all things Ravens. Keep it up guys. You guys set the standard for the NFL production world! I can't wait for the new season to begin. Thanks again for the great content!

Not enough Ravens on here I am a die hard fan and I would like more independent stories of transitions of players and staff coming onto team and current players The human aspect of knowing your team

Nice app except on my moto phone it doesn't seem to let me save my games like my pick 6! Also my Bingo card seems to only load when it wants to and goes away right before I can hit bingo or near end of the game which is aggravating. Really it's only good for watching the game sometimes even tho I live in BALTIMORE!

The app is kind of sucky. Yinzcam needs to be replaced as the "powered by" entity. Compared to the regular browser site this is consistently very slow and buggy. If you have the time and a good wifi signal it's a pretty good site during the season. off season, they have to stretch thin material to fill space. but it's the same with the other sport web pages, so that's that. There aren't many choices here.

Love the content but the app has to many issues. My biggest complaint is I'm old with bad eyesight, when you enlarge the text even one up from the lowest setting is harder to read due to the writing ending up over the adds and you can't read it. I've been hoping they would fix it for years. It's not my phone because I upgrade to a new model regularly and this is galaxies newest so it shouldn't be an issue. The other problem is the video is buggy at times.

have only used it for tickets and my experience was not very good. I'm a UI/UX designer and if was extremely difficult to navigate and figure out where you are in the app. Took me forever to find the contact/feedback option. DESTROYS YOUR BATTERY. it's always in the background and is not smart about it. Was not able to sell tickets because I kept getting an error about not being able to update my info.

News and articles are fine and nice. But three video play is horrid. literally every video plays for a little, does a loop then freezes and you have to close the app. Very frustrating because you have to then go search for the video elsewhere. Please fix, this has been going on for a while now.

Ravens... Please fix this app. This has been horrible for years (at least on Android). Watch one video and it crashes. Try to pull up your digital ticket and it freezes, I could go on and on... It gets one star because the content and design are fantastic. If the app worked reliably this would be a slam dunk five stars. But this has been dreadful for a very very very very long time. If I didn't have to use this app for ticket access, I would uninstall it. While the Ravens team information is interesting and useful, the app overall is disappointing. It's slow and inefficient and crashes frequently. Even though the app description said that the ability to save tickets to Google Wallet would be available in July, I just installed the latest version and that feature is still not implemented. It's inexcusable to not have this feature available before games (preseason included) have started. While trying to get into the game yesterday, the app crashed twice trying to access my ticket info. If I had been able to save the tickets to Google Wallet, I wouldn't have had to worry about network access or app performance. Another issue is the ability to access the PSL owner discount card. This option was in the app, and now it seems to have disappeared. Bottom line is that the only reason I'm using this app is that it's required for ticket management, and it's not doing a very good job with that. In addition to the overall poor performance, the app gets flagged by my phone for draining the battery.

Very buggy. Trying to play bingo, and if you click to a different tab (news, game day etc) and try to go back to the game tab it makes you sign in again and very often will not let you back in until after the game is over. I've never used this app (over two seasons) without have frustrating experiences. Regularly have to keep closing and reopening just to make basic things work.

Pretty well behaved app. Great source of news about the Ravens. The ads are present but not too overbearing. I have had to force stop it a few times when it would keep playing the next video. There should be an option to cancel the next video but there are only options to repeat and play next. Notifications let you know when live interviews are in progress.

I love the Ravens and I pretty much have to use this app if I want to stay connected, but if I could use any other app I would. Constant crashes, takes forever to load, stays open in the background and eats battery even if I close out. Video playback quality is never good throughout the whole video either. Really poor experience. Also, capabilities during game day last year were laughable.

The videos keep skipping. You really can't enjoy their videos on this app. To be able to watch the videos you would do better if you go to another app. If you wanted to watch something without having the frustration of the video skipping you will definitely have to watch it somewhere else. Can you please fix in next update. It takes two minutes to watch a 1 minute video on your app

For some reason, this app his HORRENDOUS for the Galaxy S9. It's the only app on my phone that times out while watching any video media. So far this season, the game day radio broadcast either doesn't show up at all or it does show up but disappears randomly throughout the game. The video media begins in 144p quality and sometimes takes up to 2 minutes to finally get to at least 720p. When the video quality does begin to improve, the video skips ahead...horrible. FIX THIS STUFF.

Personally, Lamar Jackson has danced to many dances. It just maybe the right time to give another quarterback a chance leading our Baltimore Ravens Team. Maybe reset our defense1 as well as some offensive adjustments I would adore to finally win a playoff game and even a bowl ring again. Please Bring uss back to the level of professors we once were so respected and known for Nationally. GOD BLESS ALL OUR BALTIMORE RAVEN PLAYERS AS WELL AS ALL STAFF. Avid Ravens fan but like many on this board the app video streaming is bad. I am using an android S9 and had the same problems last year. Was hoping this year it would be fixed. Interestingly, all the ads in the videos work wonderfully but when you get to the Ravens content it starts to loop then freeze just like others have reported. Unusable, so I will remove and get my Ravens content elsewhere.

Good app. The rolling ads are annoying and there always seems to be a lag between articles.

Keeps me up to date on all things Ravens! Besides roster moves and game news, I really enjoy the lighter stories like Superlatives (videos).
