This is a convenient way to read the daily newspaper as well as to get recent, breaking news. The only negative aspects are, even as a subscriber you see some ads, and sometimes your article refreshes while you're in the middle of reading. Otherwise, its like having today's paper in your palm as well as part of tomorrow's.

I have tried to make this app provide "Silent" notifications only, but my phone still vibrates. I also tried not having any notifications from this app at all (through Android), but they still pop up. This is the only app I have this issue with. If there's no resolution on this, I'll have to delete the app to prevent distractions.

Hands down the worst digital news app. Full of bugs and ads. Purchased a digital subscription it never worked customer support is terrible. All I wanted to do was support my local journalism but such a poor experience it can die in darkness. I will take my money elsewhere to other news providers.

I'm a fan of the Sun, but this app just seems plain broken to me. Stuff like the News section keep acting like something went wrong, & stuff like the F.A.Q. makes me wonder whether it recognizes that I paid for a subscription. I can still read the articles fine, but the fact I can't even check the obituaries is bad. They really ought to fix whatever is going on.

It is very frustrating that the app is not accessible to the blind. I pay each month hoping they will fix it, but no such luck. Sad with so many of us who are blind in the city and the home of NFB. It does not es port well into the Android News app, but they put up a paywall that drives you to the app.

The only real complaint I have with the app is the Evening Edition 'evening paper' is not available. I'm enrolled to receive the email everyday when the evening edition is released which is around 4 p.m. but the only way to view it is through my browser.

The recent update made the app unusable for me. Sure, you send me push notifications but when I click on the link, suddenly you refuse to show me the article. What gives??

I like this app. It's simple and works, news update notifications work better than with the NYT app. Clicking on links within the app does break occasionally though.

When I try to login after clicking on an article in the newspaper view, the text fields do not respond by opening the keyboard on screen. It's impossible to enter my email address and password without the keyboard.

Went to unsubscribe from the app because I didn't want to have to pay every month for something I wasn't using, and ended up spending over an hour just trying to find the mobile unsubscribe area. Not worth the money

Haven't been able to use it once since my Pixel upgraded to Android 10. Crashes on launch every time. FIX THIS! Or I'll cancel my subscription. Now do I have your attention, Tribune Publishing?

When you want to share an article it no longer provides the URL but instead puts the string "null" in its place. This makes sharing useless. This feature use to work.

Despite paying for a digital subscription an password reset, I continue to to be blocked from content. One reason newspapers are going out of business is their failure to deliver paid digital content.

Nice getting the push notifications but when I select them I am taken somewhere else unless selected on the same day. I like notifications but they should last.

Was working, now since September, no access to articles. Paying for subscription and no explanation about what's actually wrong or when will be fixed! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!

Always always an adventure. Seems to function differently everyday. Fine when it works. Frustrating when does not.

Good to read hometown news, but please sort the news from the sports, it's all jumbled. Look at the Washington Post app for sorting ...

Pushes notifications when needed and keeps me up to date on its easy-to-use format.

My subscription not working after app upgrade and tech support is Really bad no response after several emails or calls.

Inundated with ads.also keeps prompting to subscribe when I already subscribed. Used for less than an hour and then I uninstalled.

Auto-charged for MONTHS, but user ID & PW ALWAYS never reognizable. Balto. Sun confirmed NO RECORD of my subscription. SCAM!

Appreciate lowered price for subscription during this crazy pandemic. Love Baltimore!
