They close this app down did not notify me lost all my videos of my pets if I known I would have downloaded them all thanks for nothing(

New user, liking it. Is there truth to what I heard that this app is going th shut down their service?

If you're gonna shut down service in a few days why can you still download it from the app store? Now I have to go and delete it off my phone....just a waste of time. Thanks asshats.

Got this app after it was recommended but my login to website will not work and forgot password doesnt send anything. Love the idea but needs work apparently.

Don't get it folks. It is shutting down in January and will be useless.

Well after 10 years they're going to a paid program. If you don't pay you won't be able to log in anymore. A much smarter solution rather than the majority of your users leaving for another free app would have been to limit free customers to SD and give paying customers access to HD. Now to find another free app that does this.

Would not except signup. Useless if you can't signup

Have an account created on PC. Entered all the details in the app, refuses to let me log in. Pointless if unable to login and use really!

I hate to say but I am unable to use it since it will not allow me to create an account. If i try to create an account with e-mail and password it doesnt work and if i use facebook it takes all my information gets access to my account and then says i am not registered and refuses to allow me to do anything. I love the concept of your app and i would love to have it but until these problems are fixed i will not reinstall or trust your app. Sorry for being that guy and leaving an awful review

I got this with high hopes, when creating account it asked for all sorts of permissions which I gave, then the sign in with fb button didn't work, reloaded and it seemed to work only to ask permissions which I gave again, then I find out I have no account and it wants me to create again to be able to see my account and vids etc. Suspicious app. I deleted immediately

But support have been ignoring repeated requests, in multiple arenas, for urgent help. This has greatly shaken our trust.

I had a friend that got falsely arrested for not giving Identification to police officer. When they arrested Him(unlawfully) they broke his phone. Let's just say they didn't know about bambuser.

We can use it also against curruption and other offense

Out of nowhere, I received an email, "your account has been blocked". No response to email, I can't log in.

Dumb signup comes up with invalid user name...really. what do mean duplicate or invalid? ??? No stars on a starry night for you my friends!!!

The app will ONLY connect on Wi-Fi. I live in the city and have 4G everywhere. Unless I'm connected to WiFi I just get a connection error. This pretty much makes this app worthless when better options exist for streaming video at home. Don't bother downloading until they fix this.
