It just says "Application has violated security policies and it will be shut down" and auto closes.

App worked great for about a year. Now when I try to log in, a message appears that says an error occurred and to call for assistance. I have called the banks cust service and all they can tell me is that they have experienced some probs with Android phones an they are working on it. That was two months ago and it still doesn't work. I have Uninstaller and reinstalled numerous times and still doesn't work. Useless at this time!!!
Could not log in to my account no explanation why I can't log in. I have to call but nobody answers the call. What a terrible app.
Always having problems with it. Constantly having to uninstalling it and reinstalling it. I call the bank and all they have to say is,"sorry but we haven't received any notification that there is problems with the app. Can we help you with anything else?"" SMH. We be switching banks soon. Don't have the time nor the desire to continue doing business this way....
After the latest update the app gets stuck on loading screen and unable to login.
its a bank. We all know "we the people bail them out". this app is horrible. whenit updates , it doesnt tell you what " improvement" is being sent to your phone or taking for that matter. Very beta, and the offices are starting to resemble botegas ,where unfriendly ,nicely dressed hoodlums service you with nothing but a horrible attitude. used the web browser . Forget this app.
Please fix your app. It won't start up and message says i don't have network connection?? Great bank but horrible app. And when it rarely starts up and i can get in, your UI and function needs a desperate update for a lot of things. i feel like im using an app that was beta and never ment for public use... please fix your app not starting and not recognizing internet connection..its jot my phone as all tge other apps jave no issues

Worked with it for 3 years now all of sudden either it won't install or when finally does install it won't run. Message comes up saying there's a bug in the App.
App won't open. Error says it has a bug and to wait for an update. Tried removing and reinstalling but still has same error.
Crashes due to update. Can't even Zelle because it won't open the app without redirecting me to my banking app that can't even open. Definitely needs a fix.
Update makes this app useless. Constantly failing not able to use the app at all. Get your app in order asap. I like many need to be able to send money through zelle or upload checks on ur app. Feel like its time to use another bank.
Easy to use great feature so convenient
Just stopped working one day after years of using it. I have reinstalled multiple times, called customer service, done everything I can. It will not work anymore. Garbage.
It's fine. You can deposit checks so that's good. I only have a checking account with this bank so I can't speak to whether or not you can transfer money to and from checking to savings.
Wont open. just goes to a white screen. Been like this for over a month.
I think you guys need to have more updates so we can actually do more online activities, like transfer money to other banks or pay bills without a hassle like now.
Great app. And alternative to going to the bank. I wish i could see my transactions on the app. But other than that i liks it.
Another app update that discontinues service. Perhaps service will resume, soon we hope.
I am able to get my balance quickly and review transactions, fingerprint ID is really mandatory these days :-)

My screen goes blank after the update...my phone then jams when i go back. Im looking for a new bank.
It took a few tries to get the confirm tab, but it showed up. Love the convenience.

Terrible UI/UX, what a disaster performance for a bank's mobile banking service. Absolutley hideous and embarrassing.
Can't even open the app today. It says I have no internet connection but I have the fastest Wi-Fi connection on the block. Also tried with my 5G connection through Verizon and 5G connection through AT&T and got the same error.
