Banca Móvil de Oriental Bank

When Oriental first launched their app it was amazing and it used to work perfectly. Now I can't even open it, cause every single time I get an error saying that the app is unavailable. It's the only way I have to make check deposits into my account since there's no Oriental Bank in Florida, where I'm currently living, but now I can't even do that unless I uninstall an re-install the app again several times and restart my phone again the same amount of times. Can't even use it to check my balance, cause it would never open unless I uninstall and re-install. I've had my account for years and lately I've even considered changing banks just for this inconvenience. Please fix this. I really like having my account with you guys and wouldn't want to close it.

I had this app for years with absolutly no problems!!! But I think it's been close to one year now, that it stopped working. It kept telling me they could not verify my credentials, to call the institucion! I am very frustrated with this situation. I visited one of the offices for help, but they just told me to follow the instruction after downlaoding the app. If someone does not help me soon, I'm just going to close my over 20 year old acounts and go with another bank!.

Too much trouble to access the account when you need to recover the password. The phone numbers they show to fallow the steps to recover your access usually doesn't belong to the customer and your own phone num isn't included, so it's like wasting your time trying to recover back the access by going through all those steps. Or by a code which it's as complicated as the first step. It's a really pain in the heart....

Last update was 2021?! The app needs help! T I set it up to open it with a four number pin, and every other week, it ignores that command and forces me to write my email and password, I hate that because it doesn't matter jow correct it is and how many times I check, it will say its wrong. Then I have to call, because they don't have my phone number listed!! I have cslled a thousand times, they say the fixed it but again, unknown phone numbers to restore my password😡😡😡

This bank is not secure. - They put part of your social in your username. - they use security questions which the industry long ago decided wasn't much good. - You actually have to show the bank attendant your password. - No 2fa! - And they put your full social security number on your receipt. One of those mistakes would be tolerable, but when I see such a big disregard for security it makes me really scared of how their backend services were programmed.

I've been having trouble accessing my account lately. It doesn't load and freezes. I tried to reinstall it, as advised by the representative of the bank, but when downloading again the application asks me for another phone number, does not accept mine because it says it is in service in another account.

It's really slow, and the bank don't have ATH móvil it's rally old fashioned. I'm thinking about changing to Banco Popular, their app is way better and faster than this one and have ATH móvil. My wife has it and never fails this one almost never works.

Easy to use, but if you changed your cell or have reinstalled the app you'll have many troubles getting access to your bank account. It will tell your phone is already in use. This a pain. Especially bank reps don't know how to fix the issue. :-(

Worst app ever! This used to be my go-to app to check my accounts, but now I can't even get past the login screen. I would give this app zero stars if that was even an option 👎

This app is a garbage, Scotiabank app was wayyyyyy better, you don't have 24/7 customer service and they waiting time on the phone is ridiculous. I'm moving to another bank. I miss Scotiabank. I guess I'm going to first bank, who's with me? It almost looks like they are planning to keep everyone's money and run to another country.

This app is in a serious need of an update, it is slow to load, we need fingerprint capability. It's 2020, please.

Trying to update app as suggested but unable to do so. It just says loading, but nothing happens. This is terrible and unexcusable. I would give a zero if I could.

Unreliable, right now it is just not working. Keeps messaging about an update but will not update.

Terrible app. It server crashes constantly, asks for updates that aren't available... I always have problems.

Not Working!!!!!!!!! It's been a few days I've been trying to check my account and can't! I uninstalled and installed again, and nothing!!!! What's going on?

It's not working. I re installed several times and it keeps indicating an error becuase the "new updates" never download.

After the latest update (week of Jan 21) the app behave unpredictable. - cannot logon as before - after logon/logoff stay on unsolicited panel, then have to uninstall and reinstall it.

I used to really like this app, it was really handy. Now it wont even let me log into my account and it's been like that for months. I would've thought they'd fixed it by now.

Asking for an update but nothing happens!! Can't access the app. Uninstalled the app and installed again and same problem persist! Fix this please!

Never has problem with the old version. This just give an error message every time you trie to login.

This app worked fine for years, suddenly its not storing the user, PIN is broken. A good app gone to waste

When ever the app works is good , but ive been calling customer service to have the app working and no one knows how to fix the issue

Terrible stores the pin for a week then authentication required that you can't do..
