Not working for me for a while what's wrong with this application now. Always failing to log in and saying "System Not Available " when you try to log in. So I don't know the purpose of the updates you have been making when the application doesn't work

This app isn't working at all. Every time i try to log in it says system not available. Its been like this for a few months now, though it used to work previously.

Used to be good 3 years, but with no improvements since then, its now kind of obsolete and in dire need of an upgrade.

Very stupid app. Downloaded it to do mobile banking but you can't even do the self registration using it. Also tried *242# it doesn't work as well. Please be serious or else we will abandon you for other banks

This app does not work at all. It's really pointless having it installed. It just NEVER works at all.

Pathetic just like 99% of Banks in Zimbabwe just greedy for nothing whilst nothing is functional. They do not respond and do not care so why should we?

Its hard to believe how BancABC are not following up on the user reviews here. This app crashes so many times, even my phone recommends I uninstall it! Besides checking balance and buying airtime, there is virtually nothing else you can do here. Other functions are just but for decorative purposes!

This app has to improve. A lotta constant crushes. Most of the functions dont work It doesnt make me happy at all

The self registration module is not reliable. Couldn't self register up to now rather being required to visit nearest branch.

This is one of the best apps in banking. Very convenient, user friendly and doesn't require too much technical vestness to use.

Could not self register without visiting branch. I suggest that the app should automatically reset after failed attempts to self register. Other than that it seems to work fine

You need to fix this self registration thing And the *117# is rubish coz i need to buy airtime in order to use it,so how do i buy airtime if i cant go into the service.....learn a thing or two from fnb

This application is horrible,it refuses to self register,even after registration you can't access your account information,then can we come to the *117# this does nothing,you can't even buy airtime without having airtime, horrible mobile banking services, horrible..

The app is quite handy in this cash crisis, for internal and inter bank transfers, kudos! Improve it to enable funds transfers between bank account and ecocash wallet.
