The app is a piece of garbage. Very often, basic features don't work and simple operations like payments and transfers become unavailable. And if you need to interact with support agents, be prepared to face people who are really bad at what they do. If you are looking for a bank account for your company the one offered by Banco Inter is a bad choice.

Horrible! The app breaks all the time. I've got a new device. I downloaded this app and I needed to revalidate my identity and subscribe the iSafe on the new device. Work done successfully. Then in the next day I got a new email saying that I should resubscribe my operator and my iSafe on my phone once again?! Hey! I did it all once again and I could log in on that but now Im. getting an error when trying to connect with the right operator/password and it says it couldnt connect again... 👎

App is very bad, only a few features and simply doesn't work, chat bot is not helpful at all, support doesn't have much knowledge on how to handle many type of problems they keep asking screenshot errors seems like this bank test all the features in production without concern about user experience
