As it is world wide known, Brazil financial institutions tend to complicate things, especially when we try to use technology. Next is an easy way to deal with it. Although I still believe it could have a clear page to show credit card bill, I am enjoying using it so far. Oh, the waiting to try to chat with someone from Next is horrible and you always have a "page experied", "time out" etc.
When I try to login, always appears a message saying about a "temporary error". Come on, I've been trying to login since the last month. Because of it, I can't verify if my last card bill was payed and probably, if it was not, they are charging a late fee.
It's not a CREDIT CARD, it's just a DEBIT CARD and all the time offers a dental plan (yes, this is very strange). First, I thought that Next was like DIGIO or NUBANK, but it's far from them. I prefer to buy a Debit Card in the market. Anyway, the branding and the app layout are awesome; congrats to the developers.
Since I got to US it was working, but now it's not opening on my phone anymore I tried to reinstall but nothing seems to work
It's a nice neobank attached to a big holdings... They seem to value their clients more than Nubank, but the lack of human support is irritating. I like the UX of Next app a lot, specially the investments tab, though the app start is pretty slow sometimes and it's been buggy lately.
Never had a problem with it. The interface is ok and customizable, what really shines with this bank is the "mimo" feature which really comes in handy. The physical card is also pretty dope.
I can't even put my mensal gain, it bugs when I put the price. Nice job. Thanks for the inicial Bug. If it bugs on your sign up form, imagine the app. Sorry. But I want professionals. Going back to my old ones.
Horrible! Unreal! The level of incompetence of support staff is staggering. I've been trying to add the card to Google Pay over the last 5 days and I was given numerous excuses on what needs to be done to resolve the issues -- yet the issue still remains.
It has been more than 2 weeks I cannot open the app. I tried several times, looked for an update, rebooted my cellphone and nothing works
App is a bit poor and has tons of bugs all over it. The banking service itself is great. But the app needs to be worked on.

Very colorful and some option when selected go almost unnoticed.
I can't install it, every time I say it's not possible since the app is compatible with the device and it's not for lack of space. The reason is never mentioned
I wasn't able to complete my registration due to the type of my ID. You say in your site foreigners only need their cpf, but you ask for RG but no option to RNE

The app appears a new digital banking, could be if all legacy background weren't a oldest Brazilian financial corporation
I like the app Next , but you must let me choose if I wanna update right now or not , your updating process it's taking so long time and sometimes i just need to use my app urgently now. Please improve this.
why it doesn't have an adaptive icon? it's something android has implemented in 7, we're almost in android 11 and next still has the square icon in a white plate.
it keeps throwing errors when its not open. that's annoying.
Useless card, doesn't work to many services, very hard to get credit, try nubank, is too much better
It's really good, I never ever had no problem, just the attendants have no attention to me, but it's good enough :)
I have never been in debt my entire life. I have a steady job and two other bank accounts but somehow I got declined.

My RG photo won't go, the app takes the picture but doesn't let me confirm it, pretty annoying!
I've been using Next for years already, never had problems, gladly. I mainly use it for debit card, to receive payments from PayPal and other sources, and also for PIX. As for credit card and other functions I can't say since I never used those.
