Excellent app. Would like to be able to make partial surrender of, and one off payments to savings acc via app. At the moment need to use website.
I don't like it and will change. Charging you for commission and not telling for what exactly. Blocking to Receive money, with no explanation and I have to make an appointment to go to the branch like I have nothing else to do. Old fashioned way of business, will leave shortly.
Its a great app...just havent had good experiences with the people on live chat, who are supposed to help you ... They dont and most are rude and abrupt...but the app itself is very useful
Always problems with getting into my account. 4 times entering the code but each time it says it is erronous. Trying to relay this message and filling in your form for you to contact me also tells me there is a mistake with my date of birth. Once again putting this in CORRECTLY it says it is wrong. I find your service abmismal and worst bank to deal with as always soooooo hard to do anything and even when done right the technology tells me it is wrong!!!!
Always easy to achieve what I want to do and the bank works hard to keep improving the app further.
The banks pages are confusing and half the options do jot work, including in the Spanish app, the inability of being able to let you know what is available to you to actually use the part that is not embargoed by anyone that is allowed by the bank to block money in your account for their own use. You are running blind of what available funds are accessible!

Never had a problem with the app. Rarely need to visit the branch as the app covers most things
Very non-user friendly. Things that should be easy to find are difficult, descriptions doesn't match and it's like it's purposely designed to give a confusing and bad user experience. If you contact support you can't even check the main menu without canceling the chat and being forced to return to queue. An important bank app such as this should be very user friendly and inviting, not the opposite as it currently is.
I like the functionality of the app overall, but have had many problems with the digital signature function. The app will *often* freeze when receiving the SMS in order to show me the code (especially if the app was already running before). In that case, I must force quit the app, cancel the transfer (or whatever operation required the code) and start over. Not only is the freezing a hassle, but there's no way to just re-open the app and view the code again. Without that issue, I'd rate the app at 4 or 5 no question.
this app is one of the worst...it does not update itself, i have to uninstall and reinstall,else i am not able to verify my account. every time i do that, it detects a new phone and i have to redo the setup and it does not send me the necessary code for the setup...it's a mess!!! also sometimes it detects an app that is overlapping with it and it does not let me open my account until i restart the phone. the only nice thing is that once inside the app it is pretty easy to use. if you ever get in
Useless app - the timeout is so short you can't execute any function other than an account look up. The app times out when trying to set up a transfer. Sabadell contacting me saying I should upgrade to the latest version of the app. I already have the latest version. This is the version I am reviewing, the one that has about a 60 second timeout that prevents me from entering a money transfer. This time out is not user configurable.
Works perfectly although when transferring between savings and current accounts there is a quick transfer mechanism in the savings account but not in current, however the mechanism does transfer in both directions! Also, it keeps sending notifications that the savings is not quite setup simply because I do not want any of the three preset saving modes (especially the ludicrous 'if it rains' option)
Since you changed this app I no longer receive a digital signature just a message saying this information is incorrect call your help line. They had to revert me back to receiving it by txt message in order to carry out a transfer which is going backwards as far as I am concerned. I have reset my digital signatre and it still doesnt work. Its rendered the app useless to me. Very frustrating ....why change something that was working perfectly!!
For the last few days i have been unable to sign into my app. It just says it keeps stopping and i therefore also cannot open the wallet app either!!! Any advice? I have uninstalled and reinstalled loads of times but same thing.
After a recent update, it fails to identify my fingerprint amd denies access to the app. Trying my personal code generates faultmessages and after re-booting the app, it suddenly gives me access to my account without fingerprint scanning or login code!! National transfers sometimes are not processed correctly: its not possible to order a immediate transfer. App is freezing and crashing all the time. Unsafe, unreliable and not userfriendly.
the app is very heavy, had to uninstall two apps to make it fit (one was an app from another bank that works perfectly but isn't useful in Spain) but what makes me rate it 1 star is that I can't use it! when it doesn't give me an error saying that another app is interfering with it, when I put my id and password and press enter - literally nothing happens, not even an error message appears. I was able to use it only once. sometimes I cant even get to press the Access button most of the time

They forced me to pay 100e for a health insurance to open a bank account. I told them I already had a health insurance, and I'm covered from my country in France but they refused to do anything unless I pay. This is simply a scam.
I have been trying to look at transactions for 2021. It will not be show me further back than March 18 2021, even though set for 01.01.2021. I was advised to delete the app and download a new version. I did this with same result! Very frustrating!!
