A week ago I would have rated 5 stars... but as of a week ago I am not able to use the app! I suddenly started getting an error message that says not logged in and nothing has helped! I've uninstalled and installed this app and facebook. I've also emailed support 4 times for assistance and have heard nothing back! I have new shows to add for my band and I'm not able to. If anyone can help Please do!
App not allowing me to log in. I've uninstalled and re-installed with the same issue as a result. Written to support and no response. When I was able to log-in, the app was often buggy, closing in the middle of use, slow, and auto-fills with extra typing that took time to correct.
Generally unreliable both on desktop and app. The fact that I must log in with Facebook and not independently with email and password is so stupid. As a full time artist I need to keep my calendar updated in a reliable manner. Not only just when the app is working. That Hurts my draw.
Not sure what is going on. Looking like this app is no longer supported. Not showing up on Google Play store anymore, and unable to sign in. Was a great app to notify fans of upcoming shows, but now unable. Back to using FB.
after recently having random events added to my band that we never booked i downloaded the app to change the settings, which worked, but on the most recent update, i try to log in with Facebook, and its giving me an error saying im not logged in, and not letting me log in at all, i am logged in on the facebook app, so i dont know qhats going on.
This used to be a great app...over the past few months random stuff like times or cities were constantly being changed for my events. I would go in and update to correct and a few days later...back to random again. Now I can't even log in to fix or update anything.
just started using it and all i can say is it is very unfinished. the app crashes to main screen every time i try to edit any photo. A little more debugging and it may be usable. i have uninstalled it, reinstalled it, rebooted my phone, all to no avail.
This used to be a good app until this update. I can't even log in anymore it's going downhill... I wish they did not fix something that was not broken... disappointed... you don't change an application that's working fantastic... I have so many new shows coming up and I'm missing the post because I can't log in... a lot of our fans depend on this app.. we have over 2.1 million friends and fans in our Network and we cannot even use this app anymore I think I'm all done with you guys... NOT HAPPY.
App is very buggy and crashes when trying to edit or change the event picture. It has also been very difficult to log into the app because it takes you in a constant loop when trying to connect Facebook.
Having the same issue as everyone else, it seems. Endless looping of failure to log in through Facebook. No, I won't email your poxy address - because you know the issue and seem to do funk all about it. Please sort, as awesome when it works.
Yo, this app used to work SO well. Now it either crashes when I try to load an image or I get stuck in a loop when trying to connect my Facebook. How have they not fixed this issue yet??
Lots of Issues with redesign.....loops constanly when signing in on facebook. Same issues i had a few months ago. It used to be a great app, bring back the old version already!!!
Having the app and site fail to save simple things like an updated link is unbelievable. You've wasted so much of my time on the very first steps of using the site. EDIT: I already have. Waiting on a response.
It seems to work intermittently, sometimes I click on the bands I manage and I works, sometimes it doesn't... Not to mention other features
All I see is white after updating this morning. tried close and reopening, no luck. sure would be nice if there was an app to let fans know where I'm playing. :(
When I leave and come back it doesn't load, I have to uninstall and reinstall for it to work. Most annoying
Please make your events from the bandsintown manager sync to Google Calendar. Can't believe that's not an option!
Used to be a fantastic app, now just errors EVERYTIME I try to log in with Facebook on my phone .....sort it out!
Update is junk! Note 8.. cant add dates, no dates load. Fix it please!

Im not quite sure what is happening with this app. something always seems to be wrong with it, and i've had nothing but issues. i havent been able to log in for over 2 weeks. It's telling me im not logged into facebook which is not the case. Ive tried to reach out to their customer support and got no response. I cannot post any shows which means anyone who looks at our website will not see any shows because our Bands in Town is synced with our website. any help would be greatly appreciated.
