Banggood - Shopping With Fun

Ordered two items. First arrived within a few days. Second order will be another 6 weeks. My fault on that. Be very careful when ordering items that you check the shipping method. Free is great, but on a lot of items that means what they call ocean shipping. Literally a slow boat. When I realized I had not checked for fast shipping at more cost, it was too late and order had already processed and shipped. That was within a few hours of the order being placed. Shipping and processing is fast.

This app is a gag. Has option to fain bucks to exchange items for free by playing a deposit game but it doesn't work on purpose. When you go to exchange bucks for an item it's always at 4am and it will say don't close window exchanging then say you're too late. But it will take the bucks from you. Tried several times ans reach out to customer service through chat. The app is China spam!

So far it's OK. The one things that i dislike about this app is trying to figure out shipping cost on a larger item. I've email the supplier and such and have not had any luck. Wish it was as simple as some of the other apps like this.

Great app and prices, cool game opportunity to earn free items, not enough items to redeem accumulated monies for if find something you do want, which is a bummer. A few other things could be improved upon but we will leave that for later on.

This app and service was realy good when I first came across it. Unfortunatly over the years it's got worse and worse to the point I don't think I can use it anymore. It's incredibly slow now, forcing animations, AD's and poor over complex navigation layout make this very hard to use. The deals are incredibly misleading and rarely worth the effort. I'm forced to seach for better service elswehere. Which is a shame because when I do buy something I'm usualy really happy with it :(

So far, i never had issues with items i ordered. There are delivery delays due to restocking & the pandemic but that is expected. However, in my experience, customer service has always been very polite, gives updates, and gives options. I am a very satisfied customer 👍

Some items are good quality, but the customer service it's one of the worst I've ever seen, I wanted to get a refund because they sent me a unspecified item and they offer me $6 discount to keep it, I don't wanna keep it and they want me to pay for all the fees to send it back? Like what the heck? They need to be more specific on their items description so that way they don't waste people's people's time and money, the item that I bought it costs $90 shipping included, bad customer service 👎

Very upset about this app/website. Ordered a drone that wasnt operable. Return took 2 months (spending 1 month in china customs). I did get refund for return shipping costs back to my account, but now they are lagging on my item refund. First asking for a paypal, and now asking for bank transfer info (which will have charges to receive). They can refund back to my bank account but are being unreasonable now. Return refund issues is why im fed up with them. Still waiting for my refund!

Attempted to make a purchase for my wltoys rc. Debit card was declined multiple times. Went straight to Ebay and ordered same part using very same debit card without any issues. Now I cannot seem to cancel my pending order. When compared to Ebay or Amazon you people cannot compete! If I could rate you less than 1 star I would!

App works decently overall, it does still take long to load, especially when it comes to the help desk. I also have my doubts about the prizes they claim you can win. The exchangeable items are always "sold out" and the prize wheel never lands on any of the possible prizes.

I would have given banggood a 5-star feedback if it wasn't for the very expensive postage cost. You purchase something for $2 you pay $4 postage. And believe me that adds up when you purchase about 6 items a week or more. You can avoid that by adding everything to cart but by the time you do that most of the items have increased in price and the offer is gone. Very few items are available in the local store they ship these out for free. Banggood is cheaper than all the others. Excellent service

The app is great to use and quite intuitive. Unfortunately recently everytime I order something that it says is I stock when I go to the order tab it is out of stock. I'm not ordering high demand things so I don't believe it sold out as I ordered it. They need to fix this as it wastes my time and money.

Up to date technology and good deals wish I had more money to spend with them. Love the stuff they got best online store I've ran across and trust me I do my research when it comes to spending money.

I've always liked this website. Much more reliable and with better customer service than most of those weird overseas worldwide shipping sites. The app is easy to use, and basically the same as the site. If things arrive broken they will refund or replace on photo of proof, because return shipping is not worth it to them. All ya need is a photo of the problem, which is totally understandable.

Hi, I reside in Australia and order goods from Banggood. I personally give Banggood a 10⭐ rating on all accounts. Sure with COVID-19, the auspost is much slower to process the goods but when I open that package, NOT EVEN Once have I been disappointed by the item. I stopped even looking at other sites sending me emails, because the shipping cost is usually the same price as the item. So I will continue buying from Banggood. I know that the arrival time is 2-3 months, but it's worth it..mike

The app is easy enough to navigate. And response times are good. No lagging or crashes so far. The in-app links for video reviews is a big plus for me personally.

banggood is an even more wonderful site. I used to buy products from banggood for myself and my friends, but suddenly I started noticing that some important products are no longer shipped to the country of Morocco, I hope there is a solution soon, as summer is approaching and I want to buy some important products !!

It would be great if you could change the checkout cart, so that if you whish to remove multiple items it won't take so long, because you have to wait for every item to be removed individually and takes around 10sec for one item to be removed, but that is the only issue i have. The app is great in all other aspects.

Very fast and easy to use customer support is very good and also the afterpay feature makes it really affordable for you when you're on a tight budget and need something quickly.

I just placed my 2nd order. I find some of the points, etc. a bit confusing at times. The cust. svc. people were great when I had questions (I used my laptop for those inquiries.). My 2nd order was shipped out in less than 2 hours of placing my order & making my 1st payment in 4 with PayPal. Sadly the AfterPay & Klarna just doesn't seem to want to go through, which was my major issue last month. I have used AP 3 times in the past year on other sites w/o any issues.

Frustrating!! I had a problem with the first order took weeks to solve, second order the package arrived smashed but the item inside of the box so far is OK thanks God🙏, the third order never shipped still "processing" for 9 days and supposed to be "Eu priority shipping one week delivery" according to them, Oh dear! 🙄Customer service- they don't even know what's to do to be honest.😧Refund- The customer cannot request it via app"my account"there's no option except contacting customer service

Misleading titles - make sure to check descriptions. App layout is fairly confusing with return messaging center very hard to find, and they show you ads when you open the app.

Not 100% terrible, but not good either. The prices are too much. The stuff you can find here, you could find it at a cheaper cost on Amazon other online shops..and this is true for most of the articles you can find elsewhere. The "money box game" is totally useless, the stuff you can buy with this "money" is available in ridiculous quantities (like 1 up to 5 pieces). Also reading online the customer service seems to be bad, so what's the whole point of existing? Costs like Amazon but it's worse.

I made an order on March 2nd it said shipped March 3rd. I paid using Afterpay and they keep delaying the delivery time making excuses as to why. I've made the first 2 payments the next 2 aren't due until March 30 and April 13th. My estimated delivery was by April 3rd the latest, which is crazy to begin with; now they're saying April 22nd. Looks to me like they are delaying delivery until Afterpay is completed , but why give Afterpay as an option if they don't trust the Afterpay company.

Love the app, but I can't access my photo album to upload photos to my reviews. When I click the upload photos option, it shows a blank screen and doesn't load up my photo gallery.
