At least every other month I have major problems with this app! I either get locked out after using my password and it telling me it's an incorrect password. I check my account at least a few times a day so it's not like I'm forgetting my password. In the past when this has happened, I always ended up having to go to the bank for them to fix it. Now (and at least twice in the past), I click on my mobile banking app and get the immediate message "Forbidden"! I believe I'll switch banks.
It's pretty unforgiving when it comes to login attempts, and having to call them to when they're not even 24 hours to reset/unlock it instead of using some 2 way authentication system is annoying. 2 stars until they can invest more into the quality
This has to be the worst banking app I've ever come across it atleast once a week doesn't work and then when it does work again I forgets all your info and doesnt accept it any more so you have to call and have it all reset just to go back to using the app wish I could give 0 stars and why on earth would I waste my time contacting you people again when this is a known common issue that hasn't been solved and by the looks of the comments here there is no plan to fix it ill just bank else where
Worst app ever. Considering changing banks after all these years.Just says "loading". Half the time just won't load. Have to constantly uninstall and reinstall. Never shows correct balance.
Every time I try to install and use this app on my tablet it just flashes the logo screen over and over...will not load. I am using a samsung tab a with android 9. Tried to contact through email, no response.
Horrible navigation, constantly crashes and randomly signs me out. Also, the available balance is usually wrong due to not being up to date or current
08/31/2020 am - receiving "System Error, Service Failure". Use this app. daily. Deleted data, also reinstalled to no avail. 09/01/2020-fixed and working. Updated to 5 stars. Thank you!
This app worked fine on my Note 9 phone. I recently bought a Galaxy Z Fold 3. Now the app is useless. When I try to open the app, all it does is buffer and blink.
Decent app for managing accounts. Recently the MyVault part hasn't been loading. I hope this gets fixed because it's a neat feature- when it works.
All its been doing lately is saying "You need internet to access this app" when I have my data on and even have my wifi on. This bank is ridiculous because the problem goes further than the app. Do not use First National Bank!
Since my phone updated yesterday, I am not able to use this app. I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall but now it won't even install. I'm on vacation and would like to see my account. This is very frustrating.
After 2 to 3 weeks have to delete and reinstall. Because I keep getting forbidden ever time I open it up. Even after delete the catche and delete the memory.
Use to be a good app but now it always says user blocked. Very irritating when you have to call the bank once or twice a week to have your password reset.
Not good. App worked GREAT for the first 6-7 days of having my account. I can't log in anymore. Invalid name or password everytime.
Didn't have any trouble with this app till about a week ago. Says wrong password..called bank got to change my password ..got into it one time when I first set it. Not won't let me back in. Please fix this
App is telling me that it's not connected to the internet. Worked before. Was a great app! Will change if fixed!!
Pretty easy to use, but there are a bunch of boomers that can't navigate the app. 4/5 It could be better.
This app keeps saying forbidden everytime I try to log in. I uninstalled and re-installed it, but I'm still getting the same warning.
They really need to fix this app!!! 99% of the time i try signing in it says user blocked. Its really fustrating!!!

Half of the time the app do not work or update correctly. But it's good to check my balance that's it.
I seen someone comment about this app working fine until they got the galaxy z fold and I second this!!! Because all it does is blink and nothing moreš¤¬
Was working now all of a sudden it says forbidden as soon as I open the app. Not sure what's up but it needs to be fixed
Complete waste of time. Went to log in and accepted the terms and it got stuck on a blank screen.
Needs fixing! Wont let me log in, keeps saying system error, no fixed error...whatever that means!!!
It's a pretty good app but we need the option to transfer money to different accounts at different banks
I don't like having to redo my password all the time if yall can fix that it would help and yall need to add a pin
Jesus this app is garage. I'm thinking about going back to ufcu. Ridiculous that I'm constantly having to call the local branch to get my balance, because the app is so unstable
Constantly has issues loading. Forgets me all the time, including my fingerprint. Anywhere between 6pm and 11pm, which I call stupid o'clock, the app is completely useless as well as any debit cards I've got. Half the time the balance is incorrect. This is the worst banking app I've encountered. This is an ongoing issue as long as I've had my account here, over 4 years.
