Bank First goBank

Before this last update I've never had issues with this app. Now the last two days it glitches constantly. Either won't open, takes forever to open after multiple attempts, or says I don't have connectivity (when I do). I hope it gets fixed fast.

This new app stinks. Do not know why they had to change it. App freezes, won't open after 5 attempts 6 one it does. They fixed something that wasn't broke.

App works good 30% of the time. Seems to be a bug or glitch the other 70%.

The app will not even open now. I have more problems with this app. New update same thing. Will not load🤬🤬🤬

NEW PHONE USERS BEWARE...I just got a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra & It freezes my phone on the small icon immediately after clicking to open. Thus not working at all. I uninstalled & reinstalled many times but have had the same result. I own a digital marketing agency so I am very tech knowledgeable... this is literally the only app which gives me issues. To give some credit... when I had my old phone (Galaxy Note 9) it worked perfectly. Guess we'll wait until they update to try again...

Since the latest update it just sits and spins....what good is it if you can't use it? Frustrating

Amazing app! Works well. Can deposit electronically without the need to go to the bank. Money transfers between my accounts are made easily, and it's nice to view my accounts in the palm of my hands! I like that it has an extra security by scanning fingerprints (because my phone allows it). The alerts are also very helpful, because I'm immediately informed on any unusual activities, rather than finding out a week later. You can choose which alerts you want too. Overall, a very handy app.

Really bad app it used to work fine but now if you get the password wrong once it automatically locks the account it doesn't even ask the security questions you put into it like whats the point in inputting them into the system when you can't use them . Ran into this problem one to many times . I honestly can't wait to switch banks with better bank app as well. Being in the military and having a unreliable bank/app is not good at all. Especially when you run into the problem on the weekends.

App doesn't and hasn't worked. I have an LG G8 thinq and I have reinstalled this app twice hoping it was a bad install, but the app freezes whenever I open it. I cannot press any buttons, text boxes, or anything else to make the app respond. Luckily I can still access my banking through their website, but it is a pain compared to an app.

This app is very easy and convenient to use. I dont have any real issues. The only thing I don't like is when you first open the app, it shows the homescreen for too long before switch to the login screen. Just an annoying feature to me when I'm in a hurry to check what I have or make a transfer.

I got a new phone the galaxy s22 ultra and now the app doesn't open, it just freezes when I click on it. I have tried Uninstalling and reinstalling with the same results. I hope they update it soon so I can use it again. Worked just fine on the previous phone which was the note 20 ultra.

App worked fine for a long time but I haven't been able to open this app in months. I check every once in a while to see if it's working yet, but nope. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it numerous times. I've had the same phone for a long time so I'm not sure why it all of a sudden has stopped working. Very inconvenient.

The app is ALWAYS saying its unable to validate my information. It's great when it works but most of the time I only use it to check my balance because it won't let me log in even with the correct information. Update: Still nothing but issues. Half the time the app won't even open and just says error, call bank for assistance. Needs a lot of work. Mobile deposit is nice when it works.

As of 1/14/2022 the app is working good. Problem with reading the endorsement especially on small checks with lots of text. In my case it's great as the bank is half continent away. Still having problems with wrong amounts. Keeps saying no network when there is.

Really wish balance was shown after each transaction like it did with my old bank's app before we were bought out by bank first. App also does work like 1/4 of the time, can't click into my accounts. Also wish a picture of my checks I deposit through the app were shown so I can remember where I got the checks from

Very convenient. I needed this app to make mobile deposits during the covid19 restrictions since my employer does not do direct deposit. Without it i would have been hardpressed to get my wages into my checking account. It works as well with a tablet as with a smartphone. I could deposit my checks before i even left the workplace.

Bad. Won't work on the S22 Ultra, downloaded multiple times, Uninstalled and reinstalled over the course of the last month since I've had this phone, still doesn't work.

The app often doesn't work. The error says "error an error has occurred please call for assistance. " this will often come up as soon as you open the app. Closing and reopening doesn't help. Bank First has really gone downhill and I will be considering another bank that isn't as terrible with their app.

Really love this app. I love being able to deposit a check by taking pictures instead of having to drive to the bank to deposit the check. I can transfer money on the app. Its just so much more convenient instead of having to run to the bank or atm!

Lots of technical problems lately. Takes me forever to even open the app. Tells me error or it can't log me in and I need to call my bank to figure out the problem. I have never had problems before but the last month has been terrible.

It worked fine! I loved not having to go to the bank. However I upgraded to an s22 like other users have stated and it stopped work. Needs update!!!

This app is garbage! Will not open!!! I uninstalled it, then reinstalled it several times....NOTHING WORKS!!!! FIX IT!!!

App constantly crashes and freezes. Anytime my phone updates I have to reinstall this and only this.

Have not been able to open this app for 2 weeks. Tried reinstalling it a few times but that did not work. Otherwise it was a great app to have.

i like this app but the one thing i wish i could do is pay my credit card payment on here i have my credit card through bank first and i feel like its an account in my name same as a saving and checking and loans etc. which those you can pay on here i dont understand why credit cards wouldnt be on the list of things i can pay on here as well

Won't work with my new phone. I never had a problem until I got a new galaxy S22 Ultra. Now it doesn't even open

Dosnt let you sign in "An error has occurred. Please call for assistance." It worked for me maybe 5 times in the past year. I keep waiting for a update but it seems like one will never come.

Doesn't work on samsung s22+. Just freezes even after uninstall and reinstall. Work great on my s20+ though.

Suspicious activity alerts, large transaction alerts, push notifications for this? Do you even care? Why are the transaction out of order?? Why are they not up to date? This should be in real time!?
