Bank Iowa Mobile Banking

i love this app. i never have any problems with it. i can do most everything i want through the app. i can see an actual picture of my checks. each transaction shows me where the money went to. and is usually always up to date on how much is actually in my account even if a payment is still pending.

Consistently takes multiple attempts to log on after loading for 60+ seconds, waiting and clicking enter again at the end solves the issue but it's clearly a bug. Awkward interface, maps is hard to navigate, can't add external bank accounts.

The first few times it worked alright, but now every time I try to log on it will load for ever and never let me on to see my account. It's only the app, I can check it online. They definitely have some issues with this app they need to fix.

I have been a customer for 21 years. I opened my account when I was 14 years old. A lot has changed since then but not the customer service. I trust them to take care of my banking needs. The app is easy to use. I have not experienced any problems and if I have questions they respond promptly.

never had luck with this app or online. just tried again. been trying off n on with both for like a year or 2 now. I love Bank Iowa but I wish I could online/app bank like the rest of the world has been doing for 10 years. thanks.

Works for a few days then stops working, can't sign in, have to completely uninstall and reinstall the app to fix it.

doesn't work half the time. I'll put my info in and all it does is load, never actually opens my account. I've had to uninstall and reinstall probably 10 times

I use to use this app daily. Now it wont open at all. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling numerous times, still doesnt work. Please fix. Really inconvient

after you put your password, it just sits there & loads. doesn't go any further. not happy. I use this to budget. fix the problems!

I use to love this app but after last update it only let's me in once then have to uninstall and start it will just keep try to load and then doesn't do anything please fix soon

The most recent update is terrible. I can't even get it to open now. Please quit constantly changing it to where it doesn't work.

well i like it but it doesn't work as well as before once in a blue moon it will work but other than that i have to go to an atm to check since the app doesnt load

i have a Samsung galaxy s10 and when i try to deposit a check it says it can't read the numbers at the bottom of the check i have cleaned my lens, reinstalled the app, tried different checks and it still gives the same error message

Works pretty well, but it has long load times (worse than the old app). Pretty straightforward though

I am unable to use it. I have to uninstall then reinstall, everytime, just to access.

After the most recent update, I am unable to access my account through the app.. Which is the only reason I have the app

I have the best Bank ever, always polite and fast service. love the app. easy to use.

it is easy to use I feel secure and when it's down it doesn't give you a bunch of gibberish it will just let you know it's down

This has been a great experience using this app it's nice to be Able to see what's going in-and-out of your bank on your phone

Love this app. Its safe and quick for me. Always ready at a touch of my fingertips.

alright basic banking app, could use some updating to stay current with other banking features

until now ive had trouble free user experience with this app now that posted a notification for system maintenance this app is malfunctioning
