Absolutely worthless useless app after the best feature = 4diget code access to the account is unavailable anymore. Now it asks for country and bank identification yet it's stuck on that window. It never connects to the account. I informed the customer service. They promised to solve the problem immediately. Yet for weeks now nothing has changed. I will cancel my account and credit card asap. Very disappointed by their bad services and don't recommend them at all for other clients.
Usable app with space for improvement. Firstly and most importantly, I would really appreciate it if you added English language support for accounts from Finland. Also I personally find the UI not very intuitive and some things are just not where they are supposed to be, maybe that's due to a bit awkward graphics. UPD: That's probably not app-related, but when I'd there going to be support for google pay?
Nice app, but contains only the basic functionality for viewing credit card transactions. When one has 100s of transactions it becomes impossible to remember which ones I've already seen. It would help to support hiding of transactions that i mark as reviewed. It would also help to support notifications whenever a new transaction is registered on the card.
The app does not work! It shows a red screen with the logo and that's it. There is a registration loop.
Not able to activate app and login.
This is basically an OK app. Does everything I need BUT suddenly (today) I could not log in anymore. I tried to reactivate but nothing happens. It stalls in the final stage. I can see a blink of a green button but then it goes away and can not do anything but push cancel to stop the activation.
Very short-sighted policy on blocking rooted phones just lost you a customer. It's a shame because everything else implied a good experience when investigating which bank to go with, but from reading other reviews I can only imagine how unnecessarily overkill some of your security choices are at the expense of user experience. PS: just as a proof of concept, it wasn't hard to recompile the app without the root checks. So your 'security' measure leaves a lot to be desired.
Works good, not a lot of options or settings. Like for example haven't found the setting to change log in to biometric after getting an email saying so. Needs more gamification and ease of use with titles. Make it simple with more options.
Good app, except as many other apps, the language support is annoying, living in a country dosen't mean you speak the language of that country. English would be good always in the list of options.
2 months later still cannot log in with the app. Everything reinstalled, including Google Chrome, yet cannot use the banking app anymore. Forever stuck in "Need to identify" -loop no matter how many times I go through identification. Customer Support won't even respond! Unreliable as hell
CANT LOG IN AT ALL, Doesnt work at all, I have downloded the app aprx. 7 times during past 2 months. Trying to log in and always give error. There were problem to log in, please try again later. Many years I have been using this app but problem showd up after latest uptade in nov- december..
19.12.2018 After a while there was an update and now it works, was able to finish the login and confirm my ID so that I can use it in my new main phone. Quick and easy way to check my balance, my points etc. as well as transfer money with just using my fingerprint. Using Sony XZ1 Compact and Huawei P9 Lite.
For some reason, an update removed the ability to see exact credit card balance (including a separate "katevaraukset" number). I can only see one rounded number ("käytetty luotto", used credit?) without any decimals.
It is an useful app. A simple translation to at least English would make of it a great app. - simply surprise you are limiting yourselves. Apart from that I would say it is pretty good.
Registration is stuck in a loop without any error message.
Usually takes me around 10-20 times of entering my pin code to log in, if it works at all. Once I'm in the app is alright, but I can never trust that I can actually access my data.
No other app cares about root, why is this so picky about it? Most if not all of rooted users do so because they care about the security of the phone more than the not rooted. Upped stars for honest reply and consideration for the issue. Maybe make a rooted version with more strict user agreement for us rooted users.
Very awkward user experience compared to other banks' mobile apps. Unable transfer money (can't sign the transfer) from savings account with this clunky app, just blank screen after authentication. Oneplus 6T Android 10
The app just dies instantly when starting it. Can't do anything with the app, as it doesn't even give a startup screen.
Can't activate after changing my fingerprint in the device. Says "waiting for activation in the app" but nothing happens and no buttons to click except "cancel"...
Works in the national languages of the target countries only. Adding English should have been a no-brainer. Seems to work technically ok on a Nokia 8. Allows Mobile ID on Finland which is a big plus.
Crashes 1 second after starting. I have cleared data/cache and my phone is NOT rooted. This app does not work, do NOT download.
Add English option ffs, unusable!!! LE:2 years later you don't seem to be appreciating my opinion or of other reviews, and while you can't translate words like account or login on your app, your employees seem to be able to write fluently in English on Google Play. Maybe you should be looking for a Norwegian/Finnish app store then? And why exactly are you not allowing Norwegian language app in Finland and vice versa?
After three years of frequently trying and multiple updates the app is still stuck on splash screen. Useless app.
Today the app finally allowed me to register. I tried applying for a credit card. First time the app logged me out because I had to look up some info it was asking for. Logged back in to find all the data I had entered was gone. Second time I get to the final screen only to find I couldn't tick the box for having read the user agreement. Then it logged me out and erased all the entered info. Ridiculously sloppy programming, especially considering it is a banking app.
