I have used this app for years with little or no issues. Since the last bug fix, whenever I go to "details" in my home equity loan, the app crashes. It works on my laptop, so I know it's the app. Other than that very happy with this easy-to-use app.
Works great and easy to use
This app has gone bad. Doesn't let me log on with my finger print anymore. Incorrect password or username when I've had to change my password already! New update has app difficult to deal with and have. Becoming useless and frustrating. Fix it!!
Ever since the upgrade I can no longer use the fingerprint login. Entering a password is not difficult but the finger print was more of a convienance. If that could be fixed I would give a higher rating.
useful for checking your balance or making a deposit on the go, but I've encountered all kinds of bugs and glitches that have made me worry that my account was compromised. The best way ive found to fix it is to call the bank themselves.
It's great and all and can do what I need to. There is a bug which opens the app up randomly. Please fix this bug. It is annoying. Phone being used is ZTE Axon M.

I keep getting blank notifications from the app, and it no longer allows me to use my fingerprint to log in. Other than that, it works just fine.
Was a great app when I had an iPhone. Not so great on my Galaxy S21. When I use Bill Pay, if I enter a "." In the amount I want to pay, it wipes the firld clear and won't let me proceed.
My Fingerprint wasn't working. Then I read someone review, where they said to uninstall, and reinstall the app. After I did that, it works just like before. Thanks Melanie.
Ever since the update not only can I not get in with finger print but I can't do bill pay or get notifications about my account that I already had set up. I've tried Uninstalling and reinstalling but that doesn't even help
Love the app only problem, I use a Google pixel 3a xl and it won't let me see further statements. I'm.only able to see from that same month but on my other older phone from 2017 I'm able to, which is odd
Everytime I try to login, it says my username or password in incorrect or doesn't match. I have to uninstall and install and sign in with same info everytime...it's annoying
This app has stopped working. It wont even open. I've tried everything uninstalled it multiple times and nothing is working. Please fix the app
Not easy to use. For instance In using auto pay if the amount changes the full account has to be deleted.
This app is so glitchy and broken, some days it works and other days it doesn't even recognize my log in and password. I hate using this app.
I had to uninstall and reinstall to get the finger print option to work, other than that this app is easy to navigate.
28 Nov 2018, Moto Z2 Play.. they actually broke my app. Update: 25 Jan 19. works okay. Update 25 Aug 2020 Cool features, they fixed most issues.
The newest update messed up the finger print log in. Scan your finger and it just asks for your password anyway.
After the update yesterday, the app force closes and shuts down. Great update.
I've had this app for 4 years and not once have I ever had a problem. Works perfect everytime.
1. This app opens randomly. 2 the password you set, and know you typed in correctly, won't work.
Still a good app, but really disappointed that the fingerprint login no longer works.
Fingerprint login doesn't work! Why have it as an option if it's not going to work?

I have removed and reinstalled app several times. As soon as I log on, it shows my account for split second, then crashes. Says app has a bug and wait until it's fixed and try again. I've been waiting 3 weeks! Somebody fix it PLEASE!!! Very frustrating 😕
