Bank of American Fork

So. Much. Slowness. And system timeouts. This has been happening for several months at least. I have dealt with customer service each time or waited until the system came back up and tried again. for context my phone is an android and the app is updated to the latest version and I have a stable, strong internet connection. I am now looking into other banks that have better mobile banking. If you live paycheck to paycheck, bank with someone more reliable.

My app has never worked. My fingerprint never works. It always makes me call tech support to "change my password," even though I triple check that I've typed my password correctly... Now my app just crashes every time I try to open it. My wife's app works just fine. What gives? It's up to date. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. My phone is up to date. My app has never worked ever since I started banking with altabank. Makes it tempting to switch back to AFCU. Their app is beautiful.

The app has improved significantly over the last six months. It now seems to be reliable and quite usable.

Mobile deposit crashing, has been working fine, having problems on multiple devices. Please fix! Edit: It's been 2 months since I mentioned this problem, and I have received no response and the problem persists. When I attempt to take a picture of the check, it won't load the image into the form and resets the info I've already entered. Please respond.

Keep having issues with mobile deposit. Most of the time when I take images of the front and back of checks it eases the amount I type in for the check and doesn't show the preview of the front and back images I took. I. Never sure if it actually saves the images or now. On a Samsung Galaxy S10E.

the app is literally always disconnecting from my bank and I can't get my balance. it's okay as far as apps go, has basically your standard banking features. but the fact that I'm struggling to see my balance most of the time really turns me off from using their online services

I've had a pretty good experience with this app until recently. Whenever I try to do mobile deposit, after taking a picture, it clears all the input I've put in the different sections. I can't do mobile deposit because of this. This is a nightmare, as I need to get this check deposited ASAP.

App is finicky... For the past month or so I have been unable to get past the log in screen. I deleted and reinstalled the app, and it will let me log in now. Fingers crossed that solved the problem for good.

App is always glitching out. The mobile deposit won't work, it won't even upload the pictures taken and erases the amount you put in. Always had issues with this app from the start. Great bank, not so good app.

The app worked fine for years until Alta bank merged with glacier bank. Now the mobile app hasn't worked for many months even though the website works fine.

I can no longer use app to deposit checks remotely! Since Alta Bank updated the app a few months ago - I cannot use the mobile deposit function that worked fine in the previous version of the app. This new app is big step backwards - also - it now takes longer to login.

App is trash, can't verify Micro deposits because the page won't load via mobile. 9 times out of 10 it times out. This is now the 5th.... FIFTH!!!! Time I have had to physically go to the bank to have them reset my password. Every time I write it down, it works for 2 days then says it's wrong and won't let me login.

When it works, it's great, but for the past few weeks I can't get logged in and have to uninstall it and then install it again every time Ii want to use it! What a pain!

Useless lately. when first developed worked great the last month or so it's been useless. It won't even open without crashing.

This app is so annoying! I was able to log in perfectly yesterday but now it's telling me my username/password is incorrect?? AND it had me answer my security questions but when I submitted the answers it says I left them blank. I cannot wait to leave this bank

Unable to do mobile deposit. After taking the front picture it clears the info that I have and doesn't save the picture. Looks like this has been going on for months now.

App randomly won't allow me to log in, usually have to try again later. Really spotty, the mobile deposit function also has some issues.

I ALWAYS have a plesant conversation with any and i do belive iv spoken with all of them. They are always quick to help, and seems like their is no question or problem to big. They are wondetful!!! Wish i could give them 100⭐. Would highly recomend to any and all of my family and friends. ☺

I've loved the app until the last few days. It gets to the login screen and closes. I can't log in at all.

I have had to uninstall and reinstall multiple times over the course of the last few months just to get into my account, other then that it's fine.

This apt is BS never had so much trouble just trying to check on my bank account. If you could rate it with no stars I would.

24/7 help has always been there, but i wish i knew how to change my sign in ID

It functions ok, could be much more user friendly.
