I never write reviews of apps, but I am so impressed with immobile from Bank of Beirut that I had to write a review. I have banked across the world, in the US and the EU and this app has more functionality and more powerful than anything I've used ANYWHERE. Kudos to the guys who made this - you are doing amazing work. My current version works beautifully, no hiccups or issues so far.
Very bad experience: 1-App keeps on telling me that i am entering "invalid credentials" and forcing me to change my password. 2-If i send the application to the background i can't sign in again. 3-unspecified errors while using the app. Please fix it asap !!
The app is good. Off lately it has developed glitches. When the account is selected the screen loops back to the same account selection page. Please fix this.
Great experience. I tried UPI transfer to one of my other account. Excited to see how simple and convenient it is. App is working excellent.
Invalid error messages that confuse the user. Kicks you out while the session is active and you are forced to wait for a period of time. Force you change the password in a weired way, where it tells you that you logged with invalid credentials. Worst experience...
This is one of the best bank app.. Can do almost everything from the app. Very easy to use. Simplest user friendly interface and easiest activation on mobile.
App is good, some works like acc statement etc is easy. In previous version, total banking exp was missing, but in updated version it's perfect.
They always ask to change the password. Very unfriendly application. And now they say I cannot enter because of an upgrade and I can't upgrade.
Use it for fund transfers. Very convenient hassle free. Never felt any problems. Great App, under periodic updation with added features.

It's one of the best mobile banking app doing its job quite smoothly. For IMPS transactions I face some troubles sometimes. That needs some attention. Otherwise it's a great app.

Wonderful experience with this application. Very easy to use...easy to login...in few clicks one is able to get all account related info..worth having it
no clear synch dates/ schedule for accounts. this means you may login to transfer money and never be able to do it...you should inform users on the login page or deny access to application when transaction synch is done daily

Good app, please force logout the user onBackPressed(), the Activity is destroyed and the user have to wait time for the session to expire to re-login (scenario: sometime the back button is pressed by mistake)
Awesome app,contains all banking facilities at your fingertips. Very convenient, also can be used for investments and UPI Paymets too.
Over impractical compared to other bank applications. With the help of five operates, I was not able to renew my password. Unfortunately I am quite disappointed

This app is designed brilliantly. But there is no option to ask forgotten password. And also an option should be available for updating phone no.

Guys at BoB, please fix this issue - it is completely annoying - on Android devices, if you sign in and close the application or send it to the background, then try to sign in again , the app will say that a session is already active and there is no way to sign in again unless timeout has expired, rendering the app as useless!
