Was having a good usage experience until i recently upgraded my phone software to android11. It seems that the developer has not updated the app to support new android versions. Opening scan& pay freezes the app.

I am familiar that there is a deduction of Nu.10 per month for the service that you provide but it would be great if we can receive a message regarding this matter as well. If this is done than I think it is going to be ultra-transparent. Furthermore, if there is a technological error regarding Mbob, please make sure to let us receive a notification because it is tough when we have no cash as we fully rely on this app. Thankyou for the service.

It would be convenient and necessary to have an option to be able to login using multiple user ids from the same device. As the current version only supports single user on a device. In order of login with another ID, we've to uninstall and reinstall mBOB on the device. Hope BOB will solve this issue in your next update.

There should be an option for non Id holders too... People with road pass also should be able to access the facilities. Please add an option for road pass number along with ID, Passport And work permit numbers.

Double payment is greater issue when we are the one who is paying. After entering Tpin it throws error, but payment get success. If payment is successful even after giving error then what's use of showing error. Seriously have to look into it. It high risk to transfer huge amount of money.

Very disorganized and the disclaimeris very unethical. The fact they charge Nu. 10 is atrocious. They are easing their banking by making it computerized. Instead of all lining up in counters in person. It is more of a convenience and its a service that should be free. The ATMs most of the time don't work and it never does auto reverses when money doesn't come through. You have to fill an application and it takes weeks and on one occasion more than a month.

Best app for transactions ever. Very convenient, easy money transfer, recharging or paying bills. Transactions history sent in mail, no need to pay fee to transfer money. Great theme and options. Everything is just perfect to fulfill needs of the customers. What more do you want. It's everything in one.

Been waiting the whole day for the update but I couldn't..it keeps on buffering..and I'm still waiting for the update and it's the same status..was embarrassed infront of the shop owner while went to do for shopping..had to return all the goods purchased..BOB should warn or notify before hand so to avoid such kind of embarrassing situations..DAMN!! The IT personnel should come up with some convenient app or recruit real experienced IT personal without bias to avoid such predicament.

I recently updated the app. But now when I try to open the app, it opens for a few seconds and automatically closes by itself. In that case how can one use the app during payment which cannot be reliable. BoB please kindly look into this issue.

Without much efficienct changes seen in the app, its madate update requirement monthly isn't about proper security but a coercion or (they say robbery). It's inconvenience during most of needful times is irksome. Least it should be useable with its older version. Not mentioning it! annual citizenship tax is unimaginably cheaper than mbob's tax per annum.

Very bad experience. At the time of payment, it is asked to update to latest version, however,upon doing so, it doesn't get updated for so long even when there is 4G signal. I have been trying to update since morning and still not done.

After the recent update, I cant even open the App la. It gets auto closes immediately. I had tried clearing cache, clearing data, even force stop and restarted my device for several times, still not working la. Need to rectify on it la.

Update: 4 stars from 1. Bug reported before is long gone. However user should not be forced to update App -this is especially annoying when I have just opened the app to make a payment in a store.... I can't be waiting at the cashier updating my app prior to payment. P.S. critique of bulk loading of votes for singing shows still remains. These are not real votes for talent. It's a "who's got the biggest 'jinda' show" exploiting performers. Not ethical, BOB should not be involved!!

Why does mbob account get blocked When we typed several different mpin just because we could't remeber it. Again there is no time like bdbl. Also we can't get changed our mpin when it is blocked.

My phone is currently running android 11 and ...when I try to recharge and add my contacts number from phone. This app kinda crashes..it leads me to home screen ..before that it was working fine ...so better loon what's the issue la..make it compatible for android 11

What the hell is wrong with this mBOB services these days, after update I'm not able to transfer money or recharge datas and vouchers. Always says there is technical problem. Hate this app absolutely. 👎 Such a shame for continuous failure from the country's renowned Bank. When are you going to give customer the full satisfaction of choosing this bank?

User is left optionless if s/he doesn't update the app. Moreover, the latest update just made the experience with mbob horrible: the app keeps disappearing; even by correct mpin, one couldn't log in.

It's a very convenient mobile banking app. it is a big relief to from struggle to go to bank. The app works pretty fine even from Sudan Africa. Of course sometimes it tends to give trouble . But it may be due to internet problems as the internet services are very poor in Sudan.

The app itself is ok but when you have problems and go to the customer service it's so bad. The customer service girl at the gelephu mbob counter is rude and always on the phone and keeps everyone waiting. But anyways what can you do the whole institution is in a chaos and the people responsible are either lazy or busy with their personal problems. The whole so called customer service sucks.

The system is very weak. Frequently its not working when needed the most. We cannot depend on this app plus the deduction amount is too high both monthly and year.
