Normally it's great but for the last 2 days it crashes as soon as I put in my password. Idk if the bank knows this is going on with their app but it sucks!!! I thought I needed to update it but it's up to date so idk...
Update: Thank you for finally fixing this with yesterday's update. It now works correctly. I raised my rating from 1 to 5 stars. Won't load. Says slow connectivity error. Not on my end, I have gigabit internet! Fix this now!
My app is not working I have done everything what you told me to in your email and still nothing. . I may switch banks
It no longer allows a login!! What in the absolute F?! This is so highly inconveniencing that I'm about to write a check to transfer all my funds to a new bank!! I've uninstalled and reinstalled about 3x and NO change! Ridiculous
Updated the App and it does not display correctly, can't even see my login info. Very dissatisfied with this upgrade.
Any time i try to login, it sits there loading for a few minutes then doesnt do anything. Youre better off just going to the website than using this app.

Stop changing the app. Every change you make creates problems for customers. If it's not broke leave it the %*## alone!!!!

I have COTINUOUS problems with the app ... AND .... the BANK itself!!!! Photo deposits of a check is a JOKE and not conveinent AT ALL!!!! 48 HRS TO GET MY MONEY? WHEN IT COMES OUT OF THE OTHER BANK THE DAY I DEPOSIT IT? WHAT ARE THEY DOING WITH MY MONEY FOR 2 DAYS? BBV website says "We are a local partner with limitless potential striving to make significant impacts for our neighbors through innovative products." No mention of their CUSTOMERS!

I haven't been able to log into my account for 3 days! I Keep getting message ACCESS DENIED and/or app crashes .. This is the THIRD time I've reported this! I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. As if this app wasn't bad enough already, and now this. Worst mobile app and financial institution I've ever dealt with since the merge with Morrill & Janes Bank in 2019. PLEASE GET THIS FIXED IMMEDIATELY.
It's really useful, it does have a few issues like occasionally not wanting to log you in, and also with mobile deposit you have to take picture twice, but overall it's really awesome!
Login issues big time. App is majorly unstable. This needs to be addressed as alot of people depend on the app for their financial information. Terribly inconvenient.

Works fine...when it'll let me log in. I have to uninstall & reinstall the app EVERY time I want to use it. Terribly inconvenient.
I use this for my money and it doesn't even load second time I've had to re install and I feel like I'm going to end up getting jacked by a hacker or something
Certain Android devices have had issues with this app. Uninstall and reinstall will fix and talked to bank and they will be pushing out an updated version soon to permanently fix issue.
App is great and very easy to use. Had the same issue as previous reviews. But it has been working fine on my Samsung S6.

First off....This is a great app when it works the first time you download the app. However....it gets 1 star because Google will not let me give zero and leave a review. It's a one shot wonder....Three if you're really lucky. Then the dreaded White Screen of Death.....
Doesn't always load. Have to un install an re stall to use it.

Lately just started crashing on every load attempt even though no updates have been made to my phone in a long time. Reinstalling does no good. Simply can't log in. Should get 0 stars because it is completely non-functional.
