Thanks for giving most worst internet banking experience. App is very slow. When doing a transaction have to add as template. I don't need that. After transferred I was trying to download a receipt. But app not responded and auto close. Have error message showing server error. Now I am struggling to find a way to download the receipt for past transaction. Customer support also same. Called 2 times, not respond.

App looks terrible on new smartphone screens with the 19.5:9 aspect ratio (phones with the notch). It looks ugly, text is small & hard to read, some buttons can barely be pressed cz they are almost out of the screen. The app is slow as well. The app is fast and looks great on iOS devices, so it's sad to see it this bad on Android. However the app works, but a new GUI is very much needed.

BOC Please Re design the UI. I mean App and Website too. Security system ok for me. But UI is too hard to find anything i want. For example :- I am paying lots of utility bill via BOC. Think about this. I want to search electricity bill i was paid few months back. I can't remember the receipt number. Because i am a regular person. But remember the account number. The new system can't search using account numbers. Or i can't find that option. (that's why i said this UI is terrible both App and Web) I can provide plenty of examples like this. Previously system its easy to find any transactions.. Please go back to the previous UI and use new system Security for it. Think about it...

User Interface is very poorly designed. It is not user friendly. We need to contact the developer inorder to understand the errors the app shows. The third party transfer feature is consisting with numerous steps which you need to follow a banking exam prior to start using it. Radio buttons are so tiny that you must buy a magnifier to see it properly. Who ever developed this, has done a cheap job. This App need a complete redesign and need to review existing features to make them user friendly.

It's been more than two weeks now and the app is not working for Android 10. And it's very difficult to contact the call centre as well when needed, always it says our agents are busy. Damn disappointed about this app. It's asking me to upgrade the app when I try to log in, but when I visit at Google play store there's no such option to update the app in the first place. They asked to log in through a PC, however it would be very much convenient if it can be accessed via phone as it used to be.

Really a poor app. The interface is very bad and gives me an impression of an old banking system. You should upgrade the app with good user friendly interface. Also it generates errors frequently. I couldn't check my last trascation history through this app. Really I spent a lot of time to check the trascation history and I couldn't find it.

The app keeps on disconnecting from the server and I have to Force Stop the app to login again. Sometimes, it keeps on repeating and I have to wait for a while to get the app to function. After a transaction, the remaining balance doesn't get updated in the Dashboard. I always have to double check in BOC Smart Passbook app. This app needs a refurbishment ASAP!!!

This is the most premitive banking app I've ever used. UI looks like it was designed by someone who's stuck in the 90's. Not a single thought given about UX. Can't wait to close all my BOC accounts so I don't have to put up with this sorry excuse for an app.

Previous version is better than this. Very complicated. If something went wrong it can't rest and again need to start from the begining. Also when sudden network failure is occurred while in the process it needs to start from the begining. When compare to others this is poor. Need lot of imprvements.

Just now when I open the app it asked me to update. It said I can't use the app without updating. Since updated app is crashing can't open. This is not the worst banking app this is the worst app ever. Whenever it's needed to use the app, it never works. There is nothing good about this app. Interface is outdated. Everytime when try to login I have to do it several times due to many reasons. Usually it's app can't connect to the server. Many times my account get blocked unnecessarily

Since recently app has become useless. Once payment is made you don't get the automatic email confirmation of your transaction. When you download the the receipt from app the you get blank piece of paper indicating your transaction was successful without having any details of Account number of the account holder or account number or bank of benificiary, amount transfered etc .Even though I have informed the customer care Hotline several times( 1975) I was unable to get down a proper receipt .😡

The worst banking app. I have to "open" the app several times for it to actually open and take me to the login page. I get frustrated every time I use this app. Also, I cannot do any online transactions to commercial bank accounts 🙄 this is a problem I encountered recently. Honestly, I would rate 0 stars if possible

Most annoying app i have ever seen. Should be easy to access from overseas but no, when i foget password have to contact branch, that's fine if branches are quickly response for mails. But no. Not only that overroll app should be user friendly .

Please improve the main interface. It's look like a garbage. It's difficult to find the destination. 🙄👈 If you can't improve the application please repace the app developer. 😬 This shows that this application is not user friendly at all. Check other bank applications. You can get the idea from there how much negative is this.

Compared to lot of online applications for banking it's very premitive, there is no place for touch id or finger print authentication, core structure is good but lot of other things to improve. App is loosing connection at least once or twice when using daily, despite having best internet speed Also it's not smooth at all

Poorest banking app I've ever seen to-date. Same as the online browser experience. All customer comments below are very true. Illogical and cheap UI, no proper order of tabs, display of last transactions have no proper order or mechanism; they are just text boxes having no order of transaction dates, why can't the developer use a table as other banking apps? Also, creating a separate profile for fund transferring? What is that about? Students design better apps for diploma level assignments.

The UI is really outdated. Not even an amateur would make an app this ugly these days. Also it's illogical having to input the User ID every time you open the app when just the password, a pin or fingerprint would be more than sufficient. Functionality is there but done in an amateur manner rather than to a high grade that one would except from Sri Lanka's main bank.

Really difficult to use the app. App functions are confusing. Not a user friendly app at all. Simple things like looking into transaction history, genarating a e- receipt is very difficult to do, needs to follow so many steps.

I must say compared to other online banking platforms this app is a nightmare. Main issues i am having with the app are *Third party transfers are nearly impossible. Branch search functions nevers works. Whenever i try to search a branch it only shows limited branches. *No One Time Password system. if you can implement OTP service when ever we log in it would be really helpful and more secure. Because if anyone has our username and password they can just log in. It is a severe security issue

It was fine when I first downloaded it. But I don't know what's happening with the app recently. As usually, I entered my password to sign in which I recently changed and it says that it is incorrect. I tried a lot to sign in but didn't work.Normally it says that when some one enter 3 wrong passwords it will blocked but nothing like that was happened either.Then I tried to change the password several times but it doesn't send me the OTP. Really disappointed with the app.

This app is very troublesome. it waste much time. and most times it generate errors. though i enter the correct user id and password, it says the combination is incorrect. but after doing the same it let me in to my account. the developers have failed in their work. completely this makes me frustrated even the boc.

WORST banking app ever seen. Even though there are updates receiving on play store I haven't seen any Update, the UI is outdated. Just after few seconds Login In we need to reenter the Username and the Password. And when transferring money pop-up message comes "Request timed out" In an Emergency the best thing is, go to the bank and do the Transaction🚶‍♂️..... Try to improve the App ! (Or else Rename it as - BOC SUPER SLOW MOBILE BANKING APP🥴👍)

This is too much complex. At least think how much difficult to memories thos numbers as user name. I think better to give login with geometric features. And develop user friendly interface with compairing other banking apps. And think, you are charging from my account for using this app. Is it motivate customers to online method?

The app can be described with one word, "HORRENDOUS" and the service/support provided is even worse. I've been getting an error saying verification failed for the past few days and even the boc online banking center is unable to figure out what's wrong. This app is an absolute nightmare. Please look for better e-banking options like frimi or hnb solo. BOC customer support is also terrible, I had to take several calls and even during the one time they answered they couldn't help me.

Its a very useful app..only problem i found it doesnt instantly comeup with suggestions of the utility account numbers we previously done transactions. Othrr than that it is usefriendly and very simple..i think the way simple it is now is better rather than giving it a so called professional look..when an app changes its system time to time it would be a difficult to adjust to the new system and it will waste time too. All the best.
