Very fast and easy to use. Not a bot or paid. I really like how its laid out pretty nicely and if there is a problem that shows up, they fix it almost immediately.
Just ok. Great for keeping an eye on things in general but not always accurate at reflecting current balance and/or pending posts.
This app has made it very easy to access my account for both checking my money and depositing checks via the app, instead of having to head to the bank when I have no time!!
Took me awhile to learn to navigate. It's not as easy as the desk top ; however it's a lifesaver when traveling abroad and you have no translator
they don't tell you until after you give them your money to open an account that you will not receive your debit card that day and 10 days later when your debit card finally does come you cannot use it any store or at an ATM because you don't have a pin number and the pin number I am told will come at a later date so for 10 days I've not been able to access my money and the lady from the bank was very rude the only good thing so far is there is no fee for having a checking account
Easy to use, and mobile deposit makes it that much better. Having card control capabilities would be a plus.
Always professional, proficient and efficient whenever any issue arises. Never had an issue go unresolved. More people should support local banks rather than larger chains.
The app is outdated compared to other banks, as well as the atms. The could definitely use an update.
Too sensitve when taking picture of check. Took more than five times for it to accept pictures. Tells me check to far away when check is within lines.
Doesn't update on recent purchases, tells me I can't withdraw my own money, debit card never works at almost any fast food place or gas station.
Absolute garbage. Used it for years now because thats my only option

Like having instant contact and control in my hand.
Extremely sensitive taking pictures. Have to take several to get it to work even experimenting with different lighting. Won't always work with rubber stamps for endorsement. Endorsement criteria changes over time. I found it frustrating to use for check deposits and I'm very affluent with technology. It takes less time for me to visit my local branch to make deposits.
