Bank of Guam® Mobile Banking

Used to work fine. Has had an error popping up regarding network issues. Have to close app and try again. Sometimes multiple times. I know the network is good, as I've tested it and used other apps without networking issues. So it has to be their app.

Reliable, accurate, effective and easy, very helpful n much better way of knowing balance.

It's very convenient for me, to transfer and received money without going to the Bank 🏦. Very good

It is so much easier to know my balance and if there are new deposits for emergencies.. And it also makes it easier to contact customer service.

The app is great, I can check my card on the go instead of going to the bank. Although, it is good and all but after you using it for a long while... the app just crashes, you log on and it won't open it will close either it's self or go back to log in settings. ━ EDIT: NOTHING CHANGED, I still have the same log in problem after the update.

Although it takes me awhile to navigate throught this app to get fimiliar with using my smartphone sometimes, it not complicayed to use. It is simple. Need a little improvement.

So, apparently there's been login issues that this app has been dealing with and u need to call the bank to add ur sms. The lady who took my call at 11:52pm was SUPER helpful n very sweet. Loved her help. Forgot to ask her name 🤦‍♀️

This app was working fine with the Note 8. Now with the Note 9 it just crashes. I constantly need to uninstall and then reinstall. I just gave up and stopped installing. I sign in using my phone's web browser with no issues, after it loads it gives me the mobile layout, which makes no sense. Just proves that the app is dysfunctional. I called BOG's customer service about a few weeks ago to report this issue. No one has gotten back to me and the app still doesn't work. 🤦‍♀️

Great app! ! Really convenient! Especially when the bank is close, or to avoid long lines and you need to get some cash, just transfer some cash into a family or friends account whom you trust and ask if they can withdraw from theirs 👍

I'm trying to log into my account just to check the amount I have, it just keeps saying "An unknown error has occured", or "Authentication error has occured"! I called the bank and told them my situation, and the lady said it's my phone. So, I have a Samsung Note 8 and she said that this type of phone always gives them a hard time for the program or whatever just wouldn't accept the installation. With this device, they obviously can't help... This is starting to get irritating...

I had this app on my old phone and I love it. it worked really well with no problems. I havent been able to use this app with my new Samsung J3 Pro. the app won't even open. I've installed and uninstalled several times with no luck ! I hope BOG fix this problem soon.

my app keep closing when I input my password. (was down) what I did to fix the problem was i just uninstall the app and reinstalled the app and it was fixed. Using an S9+ so for the older generations it might have different problems.

It's very helpful when I need my balance immediately however, sometimes app takes too long to respond.

Havent been able to get connected. It would take more than 3 minutes to give me the same connection error. Called Bank of Guam and they never returned my call. Had to reinstall the app for it to start working again.

I really like this mibile banking, it saves me time from going to the ATM just to check my balance.

It used to work, but for the past few days, it's been stuck on the login page. It would say "loading" but nothing happens after that. Please fix. It was very helpful before that started happening.

Love this apps simple and easy to use.

Very easy to use. Safe and secure. Sometimes slow in updating information on where you spend the money but great overall.

It is a pleasure doing business with BOG.From opening a saving account; to being guided on how to make a deposit at the atm is a plus with me,let's not forget that the biggest plus comes from the hospitality and respect that is rendered to the customers on every encounter. Excellent app. I have access to my accounts 24-7. My favorite function is the check deposit. Saves me so much time.

Really only good for checking your account and sending money. I tried ordering checks but no matter what, it would not confirm/take my order. Can't use the back button on your phone.

Just did an update on my s8 plus and i have no problems so far. But never had a problem before the update. Still very convenient to check balance daily.

it always crashes!!! fix it you have plenty of valued customers. im using oppo btw, and i tried the mobile application so many times with different phones.
