Edit: After using the app for 4 days, the loading speed has become faster. Since the loading became faster, I found that fingerprint authentication is available. I still can't confirm an electronic deposit or a payment I had done previously, but I'll check in next week. So far, app is getting better. Still not liking the design. PLEASE, make a better design. Just modify the old one, I'm pretty sure you still have the rights to it. Previous: Overall, not a great switch from the previous app. Extremely slow, design is browser-like, and no confirmation for electronic deposits are a few annoyances. Plus side, security seems to be better and multiple accounts are combined & compared; you can see total amount in each account & then a sum of all accounts. I love BOH for everything but this app. PLEASE, redevelop/revise it.

I didnt think the mobile banking app for Bank of Hope could get any worse, but somehow the developers managed to make it worse than the previous version. I can't get into all the problems, but one problem is when I'm typing something, like an amount and the keyboard comes up, I can't see what I'm typing because the Bank of Hope info i.e. swift code etc..is continuously stationed on the bottom of the page whatever page I go to. I hope they fix this and many other issues soon or revert back to the simpler previous version.

App crashes far too frequently to be useful. Also very frustrating to need to re-sign-in every time you switch away from the app, no matter how brief. I hope they fix this.

They lie about their service they tell you if you make a mobile deposit before 5:00 it will be credited that day that's not true in the last 6 months I have made deposits before 5:00 as much as 20 minutes before and they do not give me credit and they charge me for return check fees I've had it happen between three and four and six and seven times they charged me hundreds of dollars in return check fees. Don't trust them!

Cheap Bank. App functionality is minimal. This bank still struggles with online basics, even after a year or two of having their website in house. No card Valet like Hanmi and most other banks; even prepaid cards allow debit cards to be flipped on and off for security. This bank, after all these years, has finally allowed external transfers to/from other US banks BUT you must go on the website to do..the app only allows for internal transfers. Oh and you can't use Bank of Hope outside US.

Always so slow to log in, but there are also times when you just can't log in at all. It just sits there, loading and loading and loading. Happens too often.

Crashes often and app frequently doesn't work. Information can't even be stored on phone. This app is behind compared to other banks app and lacks updates.

Really bad, the worst bank app ever. I have chase and BMO and do not have any problem..m but this bank app is hard to open and deposit. Always rejected. The limit is also problem.

I don't understand why this bank changed the app that was good. After failed to access with my information, i installed new app but it's not working with my ID and Password that worked for previous version.

Attempting to log in only causes an infinite loading screen. Seriously tempted to change banks at this point.

No working at all. Couldn't log-in. Tried to contact customer services but failed. -_- Waiting more than 40 minutes without any responses. So waisting time. This is garbage. 그지같음. 이딴걸 어케쓰라고 업뎃이라고.... 업뎃하고 로그인안됨. 무슨수를써도 로그인이 안됨. 기가막힘. 전화했더니 40분넘게 클래식 감상만 시켜주고.... 하도 연결이안되서 결국 은행까지 뛰어가게만듬. 운동시켜주는 대단한앱!!!!

Convenient online deposit feature...but I initially gave 3 stars as wasn't able to sign on with finger print. Now that it was fixed, it's resulted with 5 stars. Thanks.

I had to take too many photos of the same check. Other banks have a auto focus and automatically takes the picture for you. Please fix.

When the app was updated, it takes me 2-3 tries to log in. I thought it was my signal but I proved It's not. Before the update, I log in once and I'm in.

Very suspicious that it asks for SSN or TIN to log in for the first time. Seems very sketchy. Last app didn't do that, don't see why this one needs it.

Garbage. Worst banking app out there now. Wasn't bad before. Why'd y'all change it to this nonsense? Couldn't even keep our data saved and made us all change our infos.

This app is a trash. Requires to invest at least 15-20min just to log in and load the page.

App too sensitive. With minor mistake, I have reset all processes including changing my password

Everytime I try to deposit through app about 2/5 check gets deposited and you have to try multiple time to deposit rest of the checks. So much problem with this app.

Absolutely sh!@t. Junk! Bank of Hope just wasted, time, effort, and money on this app. Doesn't work.

Very unstable app. Hard to transfer money. Won't pay for international payments and more.

It just keep trying to load the page for 10 min.

I like the bank, but APPS need to be improved urgently. Perhaps it works 8 out of 10 times...

Why did the bank change app that worked fine? Now it's not working! New designed desktop online banking also is really bad. I hate new designs!

When I try to log in most of the times screen is frozen.....

Cant even log in. After entering id and password, cant move to next and shows loading page

Mobile deposit is not working at all. The previous app was perfect.

The fingerprint login doesnt work on my android. It should be fixed.
