Bank of Ireland Tablet Banking is available for use on Android tablets for our customers who are registered for 365 online. Your existing 365 online login credentials are used to access Bank of Ireland Tablet Banking. If you are not already registered, please visit www.365online.com today.
Accounts must already be registered to your 365 online profile in order to access them on Bank of Ireland Tablet Banking.

Stopped working. Keeps saying "network error" even though no problem with my internet connection. All other apps are working fine. Not good enough - terrible treatment from BOI when they're closing all branches within a 20 mile radius of where I live.
App suddenly stopped working earlier this year, even though the last update was June 2017. Was this behaviour coded into the app by our friends at BOI? Shows "Network error" message and won't progress to the login screen.
Doesn't function properly, very confusing what's happening? Email saying there's a rollout of a new app, but in the meantime the existing app doesn't work properly. Meanwhile BOI increases it's fees, totally regret choosing this bank. Communication is appallingly bad. So I can't carry out functions or see my new account will you refund my service charges?
I am having the same problem cannot get into the app. I am told to check my connections which are fine. I have no trouble getting there on my phone but not on my tablet.
Was decent till the last few months, the features have all stopped working. Badly needs to be updated!!
Used to be good but won't load on my tablet since recent outage. Uninstall Ed and reinstalled but app shuts down when I put in details. Removed it and replaced with BOI mobile app
Doesnt work on Samsung A6 tablet. Menu only parially visible. It stopped working on input screen for security device. Useless app.
Doesn't allow you to "drag n drop " when trying to transfer money from your account to another.Nothing happens. Frustrating and useless.
Can't get into this app since May, constant 'network error...try again'. I'd expect more from BOI, no fix in place for months. Disappointed as a customer for 45 years 😬
Don't bother installing, it doesn't work. The app hasn't been updated in 2 years so I guess BOI are no longer developing this app.
Doesn't open and in the meantime my local Bank of Ireland branch is closing down - terrible customer service particularly when customers can't contact the bank or access personal accounts - I need to find a new bank.
App does not work on a Chromebook and so the only place I can do my banking is on my phone which is really unsuitable.
poor user interface. logs you out automatically after you navigate away from home screen.

I am trying to download the new BOI app but being told that I already have it but I HAVE NOT GOT IT. So frustrating..
Don't know why this app has such bad reviews. I use it on my Samsung tablet and it's awesome. Lightening fast and reliable.
Terrible..... It simply doesn't work. You cannot log in. When I formally complained, they achknowled and advise no further action will be taken at this time. Meantime it looks like they may have tried to drop from Play Store! It is an embarrassment.
terrible tells me to check wifi connection , network error etc . BANK OF IRELAND the error is in your app

Network error! Nonsense!! What is going on? Suddenly the tablet banking app stops working after years of working properly. I have uninstalled and reinstalled repeatedly, I have checked network settings and connections. Everything works. Is this the next stage in the Banking Ireland app debacle? First it was JA JA then a buggy phone app both of which took weeks to get sorted. I'm running short of patience with this!
