App only shows a white screen for the last few weeks. Will update rating if this gets fixed.
Called to verify that the issue is with the app. App has a known issue and isn't expected to be fixed until June. It's a shame the problem won't allow them to backup to the previous version and let us use that until they solve the issue.
Doesn't launch anymore. Not good for a backing app.
This app is horrendous. It works maybe 30% of the time and when it does work, it constantly freezes. When it doesn't work you have to use the website which is not mobile friendly at all. I hope this gets fixed as I don't want to switch banks.
The bill pay part does not work consistently. I set up and auto pay and then cancled it but when I go into bill pay the autopay that I cutt off keeps showing up for a few months down the road to start agian. I have to constantly go in and cancel for the next 6 months. I have called bank of oak ridge no one has been able to give me an answer it is a service that the bank out sources and so it feels disjointed and broken my money does not feel sfe like I have to keep checking that what I cancel
It works most of the time. Getting it to accept check images is sometimes difficult. If you're unable to login, it may be due to system down on their end. There's no way to know from the app. I found out only by calling them. What a pain!
Great app, but I wish you could click on individual transactions like you can on the website. Otherwise it's great, quick and easy.
The check deposit feature can be finicky. I tried 15 times before it would accept a check. I called the service desk, and the girl was very sweet and nice but could only offer to give me the address to the bank to mail the check.
DO NOT UPDATE!!!! The New update to the Oak Ridge app instantly crashes it. It keeps giving me an error screen as soon as I click on the app.
Been using this app for like 4 years now and it only works less than half of the time. Its always not working for whatever reasons and the only time i open it is when i really need to so its pretty dissappointing when i t doesnt work...
Been using the app for years and I've never had an issue. I use it every day for multiple accts. Love the ease of it.
Wish there were more options. I have multiple accounts and would like to be able to name the accounts so I don't have to remember all those numbers.
App doesn't work since the update. At least is somewhat worked before. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. Please fix!!!
Pretty good but some of the options are not available so that's a downside but other than that, it's decent
The deposit feature and photo step makes me line up only the bottom half of the check to actually capture the whole check

You must update the app via Google play instead of the "update now" button in the app.

The app has stopped working on my phone (s7 edge) for the past 3 days now. Reinstalling didnt fix it. This is obviously inconvenient and distressing
