Worked fine before about a week ago. Since then it's constantly been unable to load. I tried to do a reinstall and then it told me my phone wasn't compatible - ridiculous. I managed to reinstall today, but I constantly get an error saying my details are incorrect - definitely not the case, since I can log in just fine on PC with the same details.
Excellent app..no problems at all, quick and easy to use
A bit slow to open. Doesn't respond that fast and it's not as intuitive as other apps. Lacks features such as split bill, etc. Last but not least it crashes too often. As a result you can't access your money ~4-5 times per month. Other than that does all the things you'd expect from a bank app.
Don't waste your time on this service. Absolutely shockingly poor. Re-installed app several times but it has never worked. Tried again after a few months to see if service has improved but it hasn't. Keeps coming up as technical faults. The high level of poor reviews from other frustrated users speaks volumes. Avoid at all costs!!!
Used to work fine, but ever since the last (up?)grade the login has been intermittent. It seems to get stuck authenticating my mobile. This morning for instance, I logged in within seconds, did my business and exited. A few minutes later I realised I still needed to perform a transfer and tried to login....and tried to login....and tried to login. Gave up eventually - will access on the PC shortly. Terrible!
Fingerprint recognition never works, always reverts to memorable information which is annoying especially when it works on the personal banking app. Should also have option to set up new recipients with card reader via the app rather than having to use desktop site, not convenient for an app when we are a generation of doing things on the go.
The app had been updated and no longer works. Can't access my accounts via the app at all, won't recognise my log in details although they are correct. Have to log in via the website instead with same details which work. Very frustrating.
App no longer works, claims my phone is incompatible. When re-installed it doesn't recognise my login details. No problems with the browser version, but obviously not as handy as an App. Sort it out please BoS.
Still waiting after 3 weeks... Cant get into my a/c have changed everything still wont let me in, but yet I can get into it online, which takes twice as long to do. The whole point of this supposedly 'mobile' app, is that you can use it on the mobile. Fix it plz
There's is no search function to locate transactions. Also if you need to find a transaction by scrolling down it stops halfway through the month. Very frustrating.
The app just straight up doesn't work, will not log in and now tells me my password and username is incorrect but when I entered the same credentials online, everything logged in just fine.
Works most of the time but crashes occasionally. Cheque scanning is really useful but only seems to work with certain sizes of cheque - lbg & rbs are fine but santander ones are not!
Tried to register but there is no space bar on the keyboard. I tried to change keyboard but I think this comes with app.
Since updating it takes far too long to load. It used to be an excellent app. Fix it BOS! No excuse for a shoddy service.
This concerns the BoS Personal Banking app which has been entirely inaccessible since its latest update (early last week). Despite having raised this with the internet banking support, a week later the matter is still not resolved.
Cannot enter password as no lower case input option coming up
Every time I come out of the app I have to use my card reader to sign back in, complete farse, avoid if possible!
App wont install keeps failing, use a different bank can't even do things on the website cause it says use the app...which doesn't work. Avoid at all costs
Basically impossible to log into this app even after countless attempts to change passwords and other information, don't bother with this Business shambles.
Ok for general use but pretty limited and pointless as you cannot pay new customers from the app. I'll stick to the desk top site
App used to work fine but since they have done a update it will not let you log in. Keeps saying incorrect details.
After update no longer works. Currently having to delete and install again see if that works. Still not working 5/10.
Been using most of this year really good, could give us more on choice of font style and colours.
The app is far too often offline or unavailable for a host of technical reasons all with a code of their own none of which informs me at all why
Generally good but would like the option to enable app notification of payments made and received.
3 months and STILL FALLS OVER DONT BOTHER WITH THIS BANK ITS APP IS SIMPLY AWFUL IT DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO LOG IN, CONSTANTLY SUFFERS FROM TECHNICAL ISSUES AND WHEN YOU DO EVENTUALLY GET IN WONT ACCEPT YOUR PASSWORD...AND YOU JAVE TO REST EVERYTHING AGAIN..TERRIBLE TERRIBLE APP WHEN TRYING TO RUN A BUSINESS
At first a bit sceptical about using an app for my business banking, but this is so easy to use and to login after set up. Thanks guys!
When entering new payee details, the sort code has etc is very difficult to enter. I have to use a third party programme and copy paste it. Please sort this.
