Thank you B.O.S.! I am an old woman and technophobe, so it took me a wee while to muster up the confidence and download the app. I'm so glad I did! It is so easy to use and understand. I can check my balance and transfer money with absolutely no difficulty at all. Although alas a short while ago during the middle of a transaction i was frequently logged out. I eventually managed to complete it. Other than that I have no problem with B.O.S. & if I can do it then Anyone can. 😺

Very convenient and super easy to use. Security is good, really like added features such as notification when account drops below a certain amount, also whenever a transaction made. One app I'd be lost without.

Unable to download or view messages sent from BOS. App works ok but this issue in particular is very frustrating. Absolutely no idea what the messages are regarding. This has been the case for months with no update to fix.

Trying to set up app and it asks for a birth date. However it seems to default to 1997 and won't go lower. So if you are older than 25 forget it. Also locks you out for too many tries despite correct information being input. Needs a serious overhaul

This used to be a great app. Now, it is atrocious! Sometimes I can't login or do other things, because it keeps saying that they're are technical issues. None of the updates sort this. It is worst on Android 12 devices, by the way.

The app is good but it seems to only connect on wifi! Mobile network invisible to it! An update: I had to reset the access point name in the network setting and restart phone .. now it works fine!

App works well despite not being the prettiest. It is reliable and seems to be always available, online some other bank online experiences. Plenty of options and can do pretty much anything you need to do banking wise with it including deposit cheques. Only slight annoyance is that despite fingerprint login being enabled in the settings it never actually asks me for my fingerprint and I always have to use memorable info instead

Can't sign up. Stuck at the memorable word screen. Not allowed to click the field to enter the memorable word for a second time for validation. Edit: Terrible UX research and design. Turns out the memorable 'word' must contain at least one number and between 6-15 characters. It does not tell you this until you click backspace in the first field to delete the characters, and then it appears underneath the first input field as a field validation error. You're a bank. Please invest in better UX.

Fingerprint login not working, I have it set to unlock with fingerprint but as soon as I open app a message flashes up saying not working. I turned the option off and back on and uninstalled the app but still not working.

Provides lots of functionality. Easy to check accounts and now make all my payments thru the app, apart from when I use my phone! The access to other accounts let's me pay off my credit cards easily.

A very good app but there is a problem with the ability to view accounts in other banks. After 90 days you have to renew it so you follow the instructions and you are transferred to the other bank, you renew the authorisation, then when you are returned to HBOS it has not worked. And you are one day nearer it expiring. If you ask in a branch they cannot help, if you ask in your other bank's branch they cannot help.

Doesn't work on brand new phones. It used to freeze when you put in your details to setup the app but now they have got it to the point where you tap call me for entering the security number and freezes the phone forcing a hard reset. Please sort it out as having to use the website is a nightmare.

This app is so easy to navigate and to get things done. Love all the options to log in, expeciallythe fingerprint, its so handy. It has literally saved me 1000s of trips of having to find a backing machine. Love this app! Probably one of my most used apps

Since the last update all I keep getting is "app launch failed" I use the app regularly at least once a day to keep an eye on anything going into ans out of the account since my account was hacked about a year ago, and no I haven't lost or replaced my mobile phone. I still get the same error quite frequently.

Not too impressed with this new app. The set up is too complex for me. Could you make it simpler to access.? The email notification was difficult to use and to read.. I am happy to go paperless but please make it clear and concise. Ron Gray.

Annoying, frustrating...app is seriously driving me crazy. It keeps expecting me to call and activate code only to log me out when call ends and I log in to again have to make the call to enter code and still it does same thing, it can go on each time I try n does not let me complete the call code to get into my own account which is also fingerprint by the phone 🤷

Updated (20-02-2022): balance transfer notice takes up a quarter of the visible screen space and the 'new plate season' also takes up a quarter. When viewing your second account, that's the only account you can see. It makes its very frustrating to see your money without lots of scrolling. Used to be great for managing your money, but now it's simply a tool to sell you products. Very disappointing...

Everything i need in one place. Really easy to use and very secure. Got the account set up and running in less than a day,I had problems with the TSB and popped in whilst walking past on the off chance I would get an earlier appointment. Fantastic service in Glasgows Byres Rd. branch.

Really like the app, it's so easy to use. Particularly like the section telling me what payment's are due within 30 days. Also like the spending insights section. May be useful to have a section showing how much is spent in each recipient. I have now used the app for a few years and still find it convenient. Phoning from the app really good it means cutting down on security questions.

For a month or so I've had a red drop down message saying technical problems, and my contact information is not there now. Everything I click on edit the App closes. I've phoned my bank and my details are all ok there end so it's definitely the App please fix it or will have to uninstall as its not always sending me notifications. So it's pointless having it.

Brilliant app. Can deposit cheques. Transfer money between accounts at different banks and pay other people direct to their bank accounts. All in just a few seconds. The biggest advantage for me personally is paying cheques into my account via the app. Really dies save time. Such a quick and hassle free service. 10-10

App no longer works can't get past set up app page just locks up my phone so I have to constantly shut down. Was hoping this would be fixed with this latest update but unfortunately not.
