Bank of Stockton Mobile

This app is horrible. As soon as u download it and set it up, you can access it but after maybe two or three times you can't get back in the app. I keep having to delete the app and re download again in order to access it. Its ridiculous. But once I finally get into the app its pretty easy to navigate.

This app is great, organized, easy to use. I wish the old feature that displayed a (+) sign and green font when a deposit was made, and a (-) with red font when there was a purchase or withdrawal made was still there. It would make the app less boring and a better experience overall.

Have used the app for two years now. Have had very little trouble with it and it gives me the information I need . One note...early in the morning the balance is correct but the on line check register is not accurate? First time I seen it I was worried but once the bank opened it was back to normal..I've learned to not trust it early in the morning 😎

Usually works fine but sometimes you have to log in twice to get in. Once in a while it won't show the correct balance in your account and you have to log out and restart the whole app to fix it.

Useful and easy to interface. Not super fancy but reliable. Fingerprint ID is available and operates properly. BOS has made the effort to consistently upgrade this app in meaningful ways over time. I have no complaints.

I love the BOS app. It's so convenient and keeps me up to date on my bank account. I used to be able to deposit checks using this app. For some unknown reason I get an error message if I try. Been to different banks, spoke to several techs and Bank personnel. Nobody can figure out the problem. Other than that inconvenience this app is great.

Sometimes works great and logs me in very quickly but most of the time it says this is taking longer than expected but still trying to connect so I have to delete the app, reinstall it, and put in my secure access code again. This happens so often

Does not alert you, if you forget your password you are inconvenienced in having to call the bank during business hours because there is no forget password. It doesn't "remember" you even though it asks, Not user friendly. Can't deposits checks online even though it offers that. Seems like a 12 year old with a smart phone put it together. I don't get any transactions alerts like I ask. I have to text it myself. Can I give negative stars?

I enjoy the Bank of Stockton and all of the customer service reps! The app works great too and keeps me just as informed as their online banking website! Real time info all the time. On an occasion the Zelle option takes longer to engage and complete a transaction, but overall everything works great!!!

App. is easy to get around in. Very easy to keep track of all your accounts. The bill pay section is great, and making deposit as well as transfers are a snap.

Update: I have reverify my device every goddamn time log in using my home computer, work computer, out my mobile device app. It is very annoying that every time I want to see my balance I have to send verification emails or texts after I've already registered a device. It doesn't register. Please fix. Down from Five Stars to Three until fixed. Love Bank of Stockton and having this app makes things even better.

Sometimes doesnt let me log on. It just keeps "thinking." Other times I log in the password is stuck in place blocking the screen. If I log out and need to log back in, often times it wont let me.

This app doesn't work. Mobile banking with BOS is completely useless. Have to go to main website to check balance or manage accounts. Very frustrating and inconvenient.

This bank is a greatest. everyone there is like a family and they have always been so good to me and my parents. they are so helpful and always willing to work with you any help you in any way they can. Bank of Stockton rocks!!!!!??♡♡!!!!! P.S. the Bank is Stockton app is very helpful and it's very easy to use and helps me out a lot.

Love it. So easy to use. Mobile check deposits, easy! Transferring to my other accounts, easy. Don't know why I waited so long to get it!

Exceptionally easy to navigate and use. By far one of my favorite banking apps!!

Decent, but still not easy. Needs fingerprint recognition to access, and mobile deposit needs auto image capture.

Works a few times, then says it's taking longer than expected to log in and times out. Have to delete, then reinstall it every 2 to 3 times it's used.

Once the lady at the Quail Lakes Branch helped me out with setting up the online access it has only had one problem. It doesn't like it when I use it on my mobile data but I think it understands now

when it works, I really like it but sometimes I just get the spinning wheel of doom. I will open other apps, and they work just fine. I feel like I have to uninstall and reinstall it often. But, I love my bank, so what can you do?

Not very user friendly, especially when making payments. Difficult to find next payment info.

Have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Hangs up on sign in after first use from reinstall. Have to re-register device each time as well. Not good.

Horribly painful to use. Not user friendly at all. It doesn't give you the option to update any of your info and makes paying a bill feel like going to the DMV

The website as a whole is easy to navigate but doesn't have enough information and it seems slow to post.

This app used to be great. What happened? I'm getting tired of having to uninstall, re-install and re-verify every time I try to log in.

Very good for tracking debit and credits. Would like to be able to cancel automated withdrawals on approval.

Very easy to use & makes things so much easier , then having to drive into town to the bank.

This application is easy to use, much easier than when I had to walk to the bank just to check my balance! Thank you Bank of Stockton!

I'm having issues saving it to my desktop after it disappeared. Don't know what's going on but I'm not happy anymore. I Haven't known life without it, until now...

My password wont work. My fingerprint won't work. My username wont work. I was completely logged out and I have no more access.
