Every time you need to login in you have to put your code and password too slow you should be able to use a 4 digit pin for a quick login in like all the other banks
Constant errors about "unable to communicate with the back end server". Sometimes results in double payments when occurring during a transfer
can't login with password copied from password manager. password field does not allow paste. this means my secure randomly generated password has to be entered manually. But I can paste on the website so I just go there instead
Only needed it for a few days but constant problems with the app not allowing me to transfer payments or approve payments
Can't login with fingerprint, have to enter Username and Password every time... very annoying...

Not able to login as it asks for 19 digits debit card number when the card has got only 16 digits. Fix this issue bank of Sydney...

This does everything that you'd expect a top tier banking app to do.
Why remove the PIN login? Annoying having to use password. Bring back the PIN Passcode please.

Can't paste into username or password fields. If you have a properly complex password, this app is completely unusable.
Saved Bpays have disappeared, I will have to set them all up again. Forced me to change my password twice and I can't use the same password. Not very user friendly. Preferred the previous platform by far. Will be losing a customer I'm afraid. A shame because the call centre staff have always been a pleasure to deal with.
Nice clear layout. Apart from the incorrect debit card digits issue (asking for 19 digits of a 16 digit number) mostly seems to work so far. My only other issue is that LastPass will not autofill the app login (as it doesn't seem to regognise that it's a login - the only app I have with that issue, so it's not a LastPass problem) and you can't paste your password into the app, only type it in, which is a pain.
Can't paste in the password field. So if you use a long/complex password or a password manager app... it's near impossible to login.
Good for viewing balance & transactions. Very difficult to use to actually transfer money. When typing a description, the app doesn't recognise the keyboard properly and types gibberish. Best to stick to a PC.
The app works great, but I wish the dates weren't in United States format. It should be day/month/year. Not month/day/year!
Want to be able to do bpay with credit card. The transfer options are dodgy. Why aren't favourites in the normal list? Get an on screen, text and app notification when i make payments. Unnecessary. I should be able to choose how i get notified. Still think it is ridiculous that i can't see a consolidated listing of transactions on my joint credit card, whether I'm logged in as me or the primary card holder. That's REALLY frustrating. The list goes on ...
