The app 20.1.10 runs extremely slow and when trying to make a deposit the app terminates when taking images of the check. May 1, 2021 it has been 6 months I've complained about the same issue and it continues. 😩 April 19, 2022 still broken.
This is the absolutely worst app I've ever had to use in my life. I run a business and at least once but typically two or three times a month the app shuts down and locks me out. I have put in multiple complaints and the support staff is absolutely horrible. I cannot wait to get rid of this awful bank and terrible app.
Business beware! There is no mention anywhere on the site about there being a limit to mobile deposits... turns out you can only deposit 2500 per day via mobile deposit. Had I known this I would have gone with another bank. Mobile banking was a key point and 2500 limit makes it basically useless!
New app unnecessarily bulky and very slow.. Definitely not an upgrade from the last version.hopefully it won't take months to fix it.
Will not validate my login information. Called the bank, they had me clear chrome history and deleted this app. Reboot the phone and reinstalled this app. No difference.
Constantly having to reload, deposit feature is awful. This what apps looked like in the 90s
This app has slowed down to the point that it won't validate my information,thus it won't open. In the fast paced world we live in,this is unacceptable!
New update has the app loading so slowly its almost unusable. Randomly makes me login manually to reset the fingerprint feature
This app is always going down and wont let me log in. Didnt happen til the name change. This app is horrible!
Mobile deposit kills the app every time (after talking a picture, so I can't deposit), uninstalling doesn't help
I have had no issues and the fingerprint login is very helpful

Stops working regularly despite auto update feature

I have entrusted my business account with this bank and now that I'm locked out of the app for the third time in a month, I'm confident that I'll change banks altogether. This is not acceptable!
Most times I can't get past "Loading Accounts". Have to force close to get out of app. If phone falls asleep while waiting, it logs me out. Everything else in the app works fine, although there isn't much else you can do in the app. Not being able to check my business account quickly is a major inconvenience.
I used this app for about 3 months with no issues. Now all of a sudden I can't log in and customer service cannot help. I have uninstall the app several times and reinstalled and it still will not work on my phone or my wife's.
Great app. Overall appearance is great. User friendly. Alot of great options.
Easy to use love it
Repeatedly locks me out of the account for no apparent reason. This has been an ongoing problem and no one at customer service knows why. Once I'm logged in the features of the app serves my purpose fairly well. Overall... Definitely needs improvement.
Business banking support for customers of the previously superb C1 business bank customers is now non existent. Shame on you! App will not allow customers to setup access (to deposit nonetheless) nor is support available or responsive to call, email, or tweets. I have tried them all.
Many calls to branch and customer service with all sorts of resolves for not being able to make mobile deposits and still no mobile deposit. Also, not being able to copy and paste to password field is a big fail.
So, first of all, you cannot deposit checks, as of this writing (09/12/16), from your mobile device, though I'm told that this feature is coming (though I've been waiting since May). However, this feature is already available for personal banking, which has it's own app. The app itself is rather Spartan, showing you account transaction history, and allowing transfers. However, the transfers have to have a template set up from the full Bank of the Ozarks site first. Needs improvement...

Staff is always nice, but this app really ticks me off. I use the thumbprint reader because it is hard to keep up with 50 different passwords and its seems every time I need to use the app, the thumb print gets disabled and I get locked out of the app, I have to call and get it unlocked. Not good when trying to conduct business.
