This Bank of the Pacific Mobile app allows you to take charge of your finances on-the-go. Optimized for Android/Google devices, this app is available to all Bank of the Pacific online customers.

...it feels clunky. A lot of the time the text is to small. To me it feels underdeveloped. I've installed the updated version and am happy to report that the overall experience is now very pleasing. It definitely is deserving of 4 stars in my opinion. Good job developers!
Needs more bug fixes. Mobile deposit messes up often, when I know the pictures of my check were clear. Signing in takes way too long when my phone is working fine in every other aspect. It would be much better if these issues were fixed.
The mobile deposit rarely works. I close all other apps, restart my phone, uninstall/reinstall the app and still have maybe one out of 25 tries work. I keep waiting for a fix. Please address this problem. No other banking app has this issue. Customer Service has no answers but has acknowledged that it is an issue.
It's alright. Be better if you could view your password instead of hoping you got it correct. And if it was easierto get out of app when your finished. I mean it's usually easier but I'm assuming since you put that note up that'd what keeps you
Terrible app. Trying to deposit checks is a waste of time and I've been trying to get it resolved for four months. Still no resolution. And the bank charges for on-line bill pay! I'm moving my accounts to another bank.
it was working fine. now it just looks like it is loading and never does anything. even if I use wifi or data. also doesn't matter if I sign in with a password or my fingerprint.
Really handy. I use it all the time, its easy to use. Only problem would be it takes some time to update changes for transfurs and perchases.
It keeps unreconizing my password. And then I figured out how I could get to my account though your homepasge web site From there I tried to reset it. It again. It went through supposedly. After that I tried again, three times. Meenwile, I was loosing valuable time needed for an appeal. The branch tried to call me I guess, but somehow I missed that call. So, while I was having trouble with the website, I sent another message through a different means from the home page. TBcont...
For banking app, I'm quite pleased with this one. However, getting a few certain things set up, like my online check deposit, prove to be quite a hassle in the beginning. That's the only reason it's four stars instead of five.
The app works great! I like knowing what my balance is whenever... Never had any problem with the app. The people at the bank are very nice, too. They go out of their way to help me when I experience some difficulty.
App doesn't work properly half the time. Won't let me deposit checks. Says I need the app I just signed into.

This app is really SO much better!!! It takes out all the guess work and confusion with what you have in the bank to what's actually available!! Haven't had to pay any overdraft fees for a while now!!! AWESOME!!!! GOOD JOB BANK OF THE PACIFIC!!!
Great app quick easy money transfer. only negative is transactions take along time to go through sometimes. so you think you have more money than you really do.
Mobile Deposit feature is STILL not working months later. App uninstalled and reinstalled. Still t square one with this issue, even with them reaching out to me.
This app used to be great now I cannot even check my account balances or log in it just says that unable to open and that I have a poor connection I do not have a poor connection nothing else has issues only this app
What good is a mibile banking app that you can't access from out of state? On vacation been trying for over a week to connect - nothing. And I'm only 2 states away!
Very easy to use and very accommodating.....may not be as utd as other banking apps, but still very useful and helpful!
I have verified my phone has the most recent version of the app and continues to have the issue of swapping my username and password at the login screen
Great app just need to make it easier to confirm your access code if you don't have phone can't get text email would be better

Was working great and I loved how easy it was to use, but now it keeps crashing or won't open at all.

Loved this app. Usedit often, but I have had to uninstall/reinstall after every use. Sometimes i cant even view my account before it stops working right after I installed it. Super frustrating!!!! Update: The app now will not let me log in at all. Pops up with a message saying login is taking longer than usual, we will continue to try. Then eventually the error message pops up with connectivity issues. I'm very upset with this app because I love our bank, but this is just frustrating.
