App is outdated and I went to log in today, and an error message popped up that said user blocked! Have zero access to my account through the mobile app or the desktop, the same for my husband. Can't call and speak to anyone because they're closed on Sunday. Go figure, when the issue occurs.

You need to make it so that a user can see when they enter their password. I've had to have them reset my password 3 times in the past month because I've entered it wrong. Plus it doesn't indicate how many tries you get before you're locked out of the account. At least give a user the chance to see the password before they click go ssdi that if they made a mistake or fat fingered it in my case they can correct it and not get locked out in my case.

I have a Samsung galaxy s10 the app is up to date, yet it continually tries to load. I give up and go to desk top version on my phone since app will not load.

At first I had no issues with this app but lately I have started to. I had the finger print login turned on and now its not showing up when I login and I cannot find it under settings, there is no two- factor authentication login and my transactions are always out of order and the dates on them are incorrect sometimes.

App requires me to reset my password everytime on the mobile app when I log into my account on the PC. A very under performing app. This has been so annoying that Im cancelling this account and moving it to Chase. I have had to go into the bank to reset my security questions twice to get the reset to work. I only use this account for my rental deposits, but there is to much hassle causing this to be more of a inconvenience.

App never loads. The splash screen just keeps flashing. The one on my iPhone works great. This one doesn't work at all. My sister tells me that it works fine on her Android phone. But on my Samsung Galaxy 10.1 tab a it does not work.

The bank itself is great. It's the app that sucks. Always having trouble logging my fingerprint gets removed all the time and when I try to login with my password it doesn't recognize it. Not only that it never shows me the correct balance in my account.

App does not work on a Samsung Galaxy fold 2 interior screen it just endlessly loads it does work on the exterior screen

It always crashes. The online banking seems to forget your ID and password login so it will tell you incorrect ID password. Then when you call on Saturday there is no one to answer your call if it does not work because you need to call them to get a password to get into your login area. Good luck with this Bank!

Needs update on keeping me on my account , its a hassle to keep signing in .

I was never able to logg in. The bank itself is good bur its app is terrable ive been with this bank over 6 years and was never able.to logg into my account on the app. Terrible..they should fix this..

crashes all the time, will obly accept a log in every onc ein a while before it goes to a new page and crashes again. Hate it almost as much as i hate dealing with the rude employees.

Closes down for password without warning and your fingerprint access stops and you are SOL if you don't have your info handy and you are prevented from accessing. Combine this with this bank being closed over the weekend, and should you have issues or concerns or if you fear your account has been hacked, it's too bad for you! Wait till Monday. I've got to leave this bank.

Works so, so on my iPhone. Android app completely worthless on new Samsung tablet. One of least satisfactory apps I've used in years. THIS AP NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. THE BANK SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED.

Best bank app I've ever used! Can go straight from startup to balance with a quick fingerprint verification if your phone supports the biometrics technology

This app once got hacked into on my phone and got all my money stolen. Now it won't let me log it it keeps saying there was an error. So no it is not a good app.

Very poor app platform. There is no option if u forget your password. U have to call customer service very bad.

I have used this app for 3 years and really liked it until I accepted an upgrade recently and now I do not like it at all. I want the previous version back!!!

This app needs some work. I have to enter my finger print every other day this is very frustrating.

Same thing as everyone else, my password or I'd is wrong when it's the same one and i had checked it for something not to long before it had done that

Since the last update app has improved to inclued more useful options. Still needs more work, but its improving.

I am having to uninstall it and then reinstall it almost every time I need to check my account. Very frustrating!

I recently made an account and its been fustrating that after all the change it won't log me in and keeps saying invalid!

They really need to upgrade this app is slow. Don't work well.

5 stars for this hometown bank. Bank of the Sierra is a wonderful bank and this app just adds to its five stars. Live it. Keep up the awesomeness.

Was working fine, then my savings account wont appear on the app.

This app sucks i just started using it now it keeps saying i can't login cause my id or password is 😡 wrong its stupid cause i have my info written down

I mostly use it to check my balance but it works as promised for what I need.

Worked great for a week than like all the other reviews... Its saying invalid username/password
