App works great. I've never had a problem with it. The mobile website also works perfectly. The only difference between the website and the app is on the app you can deposit checks and sign in with your fingerprint. If those don't matter to you, the mobile site is probably more reliable. Either way good mobile access.

Just sits on loading screen and won't go to my accounts. I have tried using the finger print sign in and it says successful but just loads. I've tried the password sign on and get the same thing. I've reinstalled the app so many times. It will work once after reinstalling and that's it. When it did let me in its a very useful app. That's why I gave it 3 stars. Fix the sign in issue on the galaxy s9 plus and it's a5 star app.

Will not let me login telling me there is an error. Also will not load up 1/2 tue time says server is busy and not able to be reached or my internet service may be slow while i have all bars and all my other apps and internet works fine on everything else. About to change back cant even call the back of my card to get my balance. Keeps telling me to put last 4 didgits of my SSN number then press pound. I do that and it repeats itself over and over again.

The app closes automatically after 15 seconds of being open. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not fix the issue.

Never had any problems with this app, but the thing that my husband and I dont like is the new setup. Please go back to the original setting.

I don't know what features this app even has because I was never able to log in. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, changing passwords, signing in as new user, etc... No apps were able to link to my accounts even with proper permissions and login info. I just got Bank of Utah error messages.

Occasionally I have an issue but overall my use has been good. However this desperately needs a two step verification option like a five minute temporary passkey received via text similar to PayPal accounts.

This app works great on my phone and tablet.

So I have used the app since it came out its always worked pretty well. Then I had to start to verify my device everytime, now I can't access my account at all just a black screen. So yeah don't like that. Please fix!

After entering credentials the screen goes black. I thought at first it was my Internet connection. It does it every time on different WiFi connections and a mobile connection. It used to work fine. Not sure what happened but it no longer works.

When I first got this app is had no problems and it worked everytime. Now, a few months later, it crashes every time I try to sign in. I've even tried un-installing and re-installing and it STILL crashes every single time. Headache.

It was good for the first month! Now I have to verify my device every time I log on. It gets tiresome and inconvenient for something that is supposed to make it easier.

This app doesn't save device. Tired of having to use secure access code everytime I want to log in 😕

The new update makes you submit a security code with the option to register your device, but it never saves your device. So you have to submit the security code every time. I find this rather annoying. Also, you can't hit the back button anymore to get out of the app. You need to hit the home button which leaves the app running in the background until it times out from inactive use. Please fix it. Samsung S7.

Keeps freezing. Then it goes to another login screen. I finally uninstalled it. Needs bug fixing. Just because I have an android should not make my banking difficult.
