The App doesn't work at all! It is just an useless application to show the customers that they got an app too. That's it.
Crashes on Samsung S9 with a popup that appears for 1 second with a lengthy message that is too long to read in the time it's visible
It said error for two tries at depositing a check. Pictures were okay, but it wouldn't deposit. I went back hours later and it finally did take the deposit.
I am having a hard time with the app. I can't get into my account. For 5 days now I keep getting the same message. "The mobile banking application is experiencing issues. Please ensure you have the latest version of the application, check your network connection and try again".
I got a new phone and the app won't load on my phone at all. It's been a week and I have to go through the website to even be able to see my accounts.
I have been with Bank of Utica for many years. Recently took a lone out with decent interest rate. Their rates are lower than most Credit Unions. Good people!

Really have No issues with this app. But it has moments where it likes to do ONLY what it wants to do!!!!!!!
I cant put my password in and only stores a months worth of transactions. Why cant i view previous months statements anymore? App doesnt work anymore

It needs some apparent tweaks.
Works great for a while and then just stops working for no apparent reason. Can't access anything tells me to check my credentials. VERY FRUSTRATING
