Alerts Ensure Safe, Secure Card Usage
Alerts for PIN and signature transactions can be set up to keep you informed of your debit card usage and help you quickly detect unauthorized or fraudulent activity. Bank OZK Cards can send an alert when a card is used or when a card transaction has been attempted but is declined – and additional customizable alert options are available. Alerts are sent in real time, immediately after a transaction has taken place.
Location- Based Alerts and Controls
The My Location control can restrict transactions to merchants located within a certain range of your location (using your phone’s GPS); transactions requested outside of the specified range can be declined. The My Region control uses city, state, country or zip code on an expandable interactive map; transactions requested by merchants outside of a specific region can be declined.
Usage Alerts and Controls
Spending limits can be established to allow transactions up to a certain dollar value and decline transactions when amounts exceed your defined thresholds. Transactions can be monitored and managed for specific merchant categories such as gas stations, department stores, restaurants, entertainment, travel and groceries. And your transaction types: in-store purchases, e-commerce transactions, mail/phone orders and ATM transactions.
Card On/Off Setting
When the card is “on,” transactions are allowed in accordance with your usage settings. When the card is “off,” no purchases or withdrawals are approved until the card is subsequently turned back “on.” This control can be used to disable a lost or stolen card, prevent fraudulent activity in the case of a data breach, or control spending.
Additional Capabilities
Bank OZK Cards also lets you to conduct card-related mobile transactions wherever you are, any time of the day. Supported transactions include:

I used to love this app, until i found out the credit part of the card does not lock when the card is turned off! It only turns off the debit part of the card, So why is it that the credit transactions will still go through when the card is off?! It is pointless to turn it off if you can still make credit purchases!! So, what good is the capability of turning it off if you can not turn it completely off!! I am very disappointed! Please make this possible, so I can love this app again.
Love this app. It's so easy to simply turn off and on. I usually turn it back on just before my purchase, then right back off. My account was compromised twice and it takes so much time to go down to the bank to get a new card, then go through the process of getting my online app reset. Yes. The bank locks your internet access to your bank account. But, it's another security measure that I like and appreciate. I'm curious to know why some people have had such difficulty accessing the app?
Finally the ability to control my expenses! The ability to "Turn Off" my debit card makes it easier to discuss expenses and prevent impulse purchases on the go! This feature alone makes this app superior to all my other banking experiences!
"In order to use this, press OZK Cards in the bank app"... Do that, enter an endless loop that never lets me register...🙄🙄🙄 Edit: things gradually getting better. Apparently the issues are server-side, as they're improving without app updating...
This app is horrible considering the technology and software available. I'm actually considering changing banks because of the way both apps work. Or don't work really.
Sends a notification. But when I go to check. It says it cannot connect to the financial institution. I don't understand why this isn't just 1 app yet.
This app is useless. When you set it up for alerts when your card is used, it works for a week tops and then it never alerts you again!
Doesn't even let me in the app at all. I tried messing with the play protect like it kept saying but the option stated on app is not available on my device (using galaxy s7). Waste of time and will uninstall immediately.
I have been with this Bank since 2015.. I've had no problems I enjoy the fact that I can cut my bank card off with just a touch of my finger that works for me great . I've got no problems with that at all that's an excellent security feature for my protection of my money.
Total waste of space. Keeps saying to enable play protect and IT'S ALREADY enabled! The developer really needs to get their stuff together.
This is a warning to anyone that using this app, it will restrict your card as soon as it's turned off for purchases and IT WILL NEVER TURN ON AGAIN, so never add one of your cards to this app if you ever wanna use it.
The cards app is Great! The problem I have is that I have not been able to access my bank account information other than what the card says when it's used!!!
Its a bank app. So far it has been handy. Dont like that i can't use it separate from going through an entire log in process.
This new app sucks. It doesn't respond for like two or three minutes on some things and slow overall.
Horrible app! It keeps saying to turn on play protect, which is already on. It will not open.
Loads very slowly. Slower than any other app I have. Once loaded it works flawlessly
Awesome when I misplace my card and don't want anyone to use but also don't want to go through canceling my card and getting a new one!
Endless loop of asking to turn on "Play Protect" in play store, even with Play Protect already on with both setting options enabled.
This app is clearly not ready for full deployment. Crashes every time I try to access it.

Play protect is on but app continually says "turn on play protect " then shuts down.

Bank OZK makes it convenient and easy to access my account funds safely and with respect. I've never felt like they have taken advantage of any and every opportunity to "mine" my account for a fee, which is to me like fishing out of your goldfish bowl. At least that was MY experience in the past with other big name companies. I feel like Bank OZK appreciates and treats me and what little business I bring to their table with respect and it is appreciated Thanks! I enjoy having a bank for once!
Bank Ozk has been sooo very helpful with helping me protect my account. Anything I need, they are always there for me. Especially Autumn Thurman at the Blue ridge ,ga.location And Tina at the ellijay,ga.location. Awesome customer service!! Awesome personalities. Love my Bank OZK
I am pretty sure this hideous app caused the atm machine to eat my freaking atm card last nite.
Easy to turn off and on
The location and transaction features to keep the card from declining don't work. Maybe I'm miss understanding the purpose of it? I travel alot and constantly get declined and have to call customer service to unlock the card or place a travel notification (which usually expires before my trip is over). Would love to see a feature to enable transaction after a "fraudulent charge". Give the user more control through the app. Why call a fraud center when you could confirm the activity yourself?
