this mobile banking is so bad. i can't process any transaction. the app always load my transaction so long and end up with error message. it's very bad experience with mobile banking.
After update (Dec 2020)...apps can't login...it says "SIM card tidak terdeteksi". I do uninstall & reinstall, but can't fix that problem. Any solution?
After recent update (May 2021), i can't even get past login session and access my account.
After new updates, app can't open. Another smartphone, can't login. Why so bad after new update

Habis update malah ga bisa log in. Udah clear cache, clear all data, sampe reinstall masih ga bisa log in. Please fix.

Best
one of the great mobile banking for local Indonesian bank. Simple and user friendly. But, when it's night time (GMT+7) it is so hard to do some of activity, and sometimes it's doesn't connect to the server. In other words, it's not 24 hours services from the server. Duhhh.. and I have lot's of trouble when I want to pay/purchase something other than this bank services, such as pay my e-commerce shopping, or transfer to other bank. Could you guys fix it?! Thanks
