Bank With United Business

Really difficult. Pack a lot of patience. I could have gotten in my car and driven to the bank faster, and probably had a better experience in traffic, than using this app to make a deposit. Took nearly 15 pictures of check before it took; multiple error messages in cryptic, unhelpful phrases; won't take just any email address... has to be exactly the one on your account (without telling you it needs to be); and app plays with keyboard switching it from one keyboard to another on its own.

This app is horrible. It never opens. It attempts to download updates but never does. When it does open, if you save your ID and username the system saves it for the next time you login but it locks your account. The app is not functional either. it forces you to conduct a lot of old school banking by going into the bank or calling in. For example, you cannot order checks, see your routing number etc. App has a lot bugs needs attention.

I'm frustrated with this app. It forgets my saved credentials, and it does not allow me to make payments on my loans. What's the point of a banking app that won't allow me to do all of my banking? Worse yet, it doesn't appear that anyone at the bank cares or is working to improve the app. I haven't seen any responses from United.

I agree this app sucks, if i could even download it! Been trying for an hour multiple times. Even re-booted phone twice. It won't download. Not impressed. It would be really nice if i could check my account on the fly!

Ofter times my deposits don't even post in my account. Biometrics doesn't seem to work. Always asking me to log in using all the information not memorized. Not a big fan of this bank really

This app isn't working, can't hit continue to put in my credentials, I can't even use the app...is there a update coming its been a week I bank online and this is a inconvenience to me..

Difficult to use. As in not user-friendly. Too much navigating compared to the old Essex app

Pretty good, simple functionality, but everything you need from the basics. No complaints.

It was a little hard to find on the site but once i did it was easy to use. It helps to have thus when bank branch is closed and you have to deposit a check.

i ise the app almost entirely to deposit checks. Works fine, and no problem integrating with Lastpass.

Horrible, I have to uninstall the business app after each password update. Never happened this with other bizz bank apps.

This app allows me to monitor my United Bank business accounts easily, transfer money when needed, and, best of all, make deposits almost anytime and anywhere!

This app causes mobile to go crazy with black screen, no pic, no response. Fix this in a hurry.

Intuitive, easy to use, and works well

You guys locking me out of the app every 3 months and from there on its a nightmare to create a login all over again.no other bank is doing that .

Hey there's a bug in the update, it won't update.

OK. Their mobile deposit feature should be more like navy Federal. Directions need to be more clear.
