the mobile deposit camera is useless. i have to turn the check vertical for it to show in the camera as horizontal. this is in portrait and landscape on the phone. i can never get close enough to the check for it to take.
Amazing to check your balance, absolutely terrible to deposit checks. I haven't been able to deposit a check since June 2018. Looking for a new checking account that offers a similar interest rate.
Bank5 contacted my in June or July stating that someone tried to use my account. They cancelled the card and said they sent me a new one but I never received it. I contacted them a month ago and they confirmed my address and said they would send another card. I never received the card so I contacted them a week ago. They replied stating they sent the card on July. I replied yesterday and asked them why they have not sent my card. This morning I see that they closed the ticket without a reply.

Bank5 is a great online bank. Actually give you a return in checking accounts. The app is good too. All around good bank. Just wish the rate of return was better...
Works for checking your account. Depositing checks can be a process since they convert a perfectly good picture to black and white that sometimes is illegible.
The app is simple and works but doesn't offer features that other banking apps do.
A great app r for a very convenient and secure bank. I no longer need the rock and. mortar bank and the time it takes!
Photographing checks very fussy. Took 12 attempts for back of the check.

Depositing a check is Damn near impossible. Every picture of the back of the check is "too bright, change lighting". I had to put the check on a black towel in a bathroom with the lights off... Garbage!
Very easy to use
Not able to use app for bill pay. Can only use bill pay using their website. Not able to transfer funds instantly between other bank5 users
The check depositing feature though functional, is infuriating to use on my phone. It changes the picture to black and white and ubscures most of the information on my check chasing me to retake the picture about 6 times.
Generally pretty easy to use. Not a fan on the maximum deposit of $5k with mobile deposit.

The app has always been simple to use and one of the best banking apps I've had. The fingerprint sign in is a nice addition, and I absolutely love the available widget. All banks I've used you had to go into the app for your quick view balance, now with the widget you can scroll through your accounts right from your home screen. Easily my favorite new feature that I haven't seen any one else put out yet. A+++ keep up the good work.
It's not the best banking app, but it gets the job done.
Great. The customer service has always been decent. I've only had one weird issue with some obvious kid talking about his banking experience- was wondering what that had to do with my account questions( which were basic).
