• Join us: If you are a non BankDhofar customer who would like to have a relationship with the bank, you can click on join us icon on the prelogin page. Soon you will be contacted by the bank for further details.
• My Requests: you can initiate a request for the following:
(1) Cheque book (2)Loan (3)Credit card (4) New account opening (5)Insurance
• My Payments:
o Funds Transfer: you can transfer funds through your own accounts , within the bank and to local banks.o Bill Payments: you can pay your Mobile & phone, Internet, (Oman Mobile, Nawras) and Water & Electricity bills (ONIC & OIFC)o Credit Cards :you can view your card details with a full statement view and pay off your card dues. You can also pay your American Express card dues.o Donations : donate to registered charities. o Cardless cash: withdraw cash from any of BankDhofar ATM by simply placing a request through the Mobile Banking application. o Mobile Top-up: recharge your mobile phone or any third party subscribed for Oman Mobile and Nawras .
• My Everyday Life:
o Prayer Timings: view prayer timings according to the chosen region/location.
• Locator: locate ATM’s/CDM’s and Bank branches. In addition, find the distance for an ATM route and the available cash denominations in any ATM.
• My BankDhofar:
o Product Catalogue: view the banks products .o Offers: view the banks offers.o Loan Calculator: Calculate your loan installment.o Exchange Rate: views the Transfer and Cash rate of OMR against non OMR currencies.o Deposit Rates: view the deposit rates against several currencies.o News : read about BankDhofar’s announcements o Card offers: view your debit & credit card discount offers.o Contact us: connect with us thru email, or contact our call center on 24791111

I am using Redmi note 7 pro with Android version 9. I tried to install the app but, it displays"not compatible with your device". Please advise.
Good app and easy to use. History of payment is shown but status of that transaction if shown would be really helpful.
Every thing are perfect just instant transaction since long time does not work.. I wish if the bank solve this problem
Password characters length limit are not the same as in website. Passwords longer than 20 gets truncated

the stupid service from bank dhofar, when ever i try to register myself, every time it gives error of sorry unable to process your request, plz try again later.. hell 😤
Dear system Please update Speed transfer program in mobile banking app to india/International. Can transfer to bank. Can add bank beneficiary, can receive money at any bank in india. Please develop this program in bank dhofar services. So many people waiting for this service. There is international transfer funds option is available but the charges are too high and all India bank branches not showing.

There is no Philippine Peso in Beneficiary account currency. Please add Philippine peso currency in Beneficiary account currency.

the best banking app i ever use
It is very complicated and doesn't offer much information in the accounts we receive money from or send money. It is not clear and with short box that can't be expanded to know. Very slow and confusing.
