*Updated as of March 7th, 2022 - STILL NO FIX FOR AUTHENTICATION ISSUE! Hire some people with brains... sigh. 1yr+ Latest update looks great but I constant have to reauthenticate myself every dang time! Annoying as all put out. I don't have time to waste typing on my info with hands that have issues...typing this review is just as tedious and only because I'm hoping it helps with a resolution. Sigh. My saved info doesn't work because it greys out the continue as well...so... Please fix it! :)
Very Bad! I couldn't log in because after entered my ID and password, it asks for security code which I should receive it via a text message. I waited, waited, waited, but never see any text message. I deleted the app cleared history data and installed it 3 times, but I got no luck. I installed the app again 1/30/21. I got the same problem. Disappointed 😞
The app isnt cronolgical and was difficult to follow at first. The worst part is it dosent function to open correctly. I had it set up for biometrics and soon it required i put in the username and password plus get a text code and or answer questions. I deleted it re loaded it and same thing ahajn I got a mew phone and same stupid process. I forgot to add that it wont accept the saved auto fill username and pass word either. I must , after auto fill, tap user name...backspace one and type in the
App works pretty well overall, but be sure to hang onto any checks you deposit using the mobile application. The process is extremely picky, and they decline deposits without notification. I find i have to keep my checks and then verify they were accepted against my statement, instead of them notifying me of an issue.
Great for avoiding human interaction! 👍 -Mobile Deposit -Personal Finance 👎-Using phone's back button & not in-app one closes Personal Finance & forces you to app home. Wish both worked. -Fingerprint login has dementia. Sporadically, the app forgets you so you have to login the hard way. Temp fix: disable/re-enable fingerprint login in the app settings (after you login w/UN&PW). FAQ doesn't mention this issue or prevention. 🤷♀️ -Archaic UI -No settings customization. Dark mode, anyone?
This new app is more difficult to navigate. I can't view monthly statements. I don't care for the transaction list view. The previous app showed a window listing of all transactions, far better than scrolling through one by one.
Used to be fairly reliable. Now one of my credit card accounts is all messed up. The account is fine. The information that the app reports is incorrect. The company is unable to correct the problem. It has been an issue for over a month. I have been in contact with them many times. They always tell me they are working on a solution. Since this is about my personal accounts, I won't give specific details. (The bank knows the specific details. )
Pretty complicated for me. I signed up for mobile banking..again? Then I had a lot of trouble. With all the dialogue, I couldn't find simple prompts? Went back to start, bank clerk told me to just click on the + sign under mobile banking. Well that gave me a lot of info, but didn't direct me to actual starting place??? I have only used once long ago, but I appreciate the service, as now, I accidentally got to low on my account and I am unable to get to the bank to deposit.
This app used to work. Currently it just freezes every time I attempt to do anything. Also it does not recognize dollar amounts when paying bills, making this application less useful than keeping my money in a coffee can. Do not expect the devs to respond to bug reports. They never respond. Ever. Very unprofessional.
I like the app. They could improve on the bill paying option. If it mirrored the online version for providing the same info..it would be awesome. The app has its limitations.
Fingerprint authentication is broken so I have to use traditional username password and a 2 factor code via text. However, after entering the 2 factor code I recieved via text, it asks for my phone number again. You already know my phone number because you just sent something to it!! Also, 2 factor codes via text are insecure and they should transition to 2 factor apps instead. Has a Paypal ad in it. There shouldn't be ads in my banking app.
Needs more options, I need to be able to change bill payments, and other options available on internet banking. Seems like there are often problems connecting to the system.
User experience is difficult. The app constantly has issues, which requires uninstalling and re-downloading -- every.single.time. Mobile banking should not be the difficult part of managing my finances, but it is with the Bankers Trust mobile app.
Easy to use and navigate. I can see how much I have in my accounts and can transfer between them when I like.
Constantly getting a white screen when trying to log in. Not even getting to the log in page. I have updated the app, restarted my phone is happening on wifi and mobile data
some of the security features cause the user interface to be confusing, especially for someone who doesnt have much background with bank accounts.
Easy to use, I just wish there were an option to log in using fingerprint or pin instead of having to type in a lengthy password.
Not a very good app. It is not updated for biometric scanning as of yet, and that is a shame in 2019. Please update this app to make it on par with the iOS variant.
Use to work fine, in last 6 months horrible.. Can't log in.. only way to access my account is through website.. today just got worse, now app says your app is not compatible need update.. it's pcs.s**t
Hard to access because of repeated messages you require me to input. Have to call and speak to a rep every time.
App is good except rewards do not work and says theres a problem on rewards that havent expired yet. Cant redeem because of it.

Use to work great. After last update camera hangs up and app freezes. Please repair.
Love being able to deposit mobile. Gets into my account quickly. I routinely deposit checks via mobile app. So convenient et easy to do.
I can never get logged in and am always having to reset password when i know for a fact im entering correct info.
3/30 update: authentication + biometric unlock seems to be resolved. THANK YOU! Original: This app is a royal pain! It constantly demands verification by entering username and password, phone number, pin, blood type, second cousin's middle name, and on and on, completely negating the "remember username" option and convenience of biometric login. Literally every other app with a hell of a lot more to lose than this one allows for a much better and CONSISTENT customer experience. I hate this app.
